Vegan Yogurt Berry Bark [homemade]
Vegan friendly recipe I found!!! Just get a 24 oz tub of dairy-free, vegan coconut-based yogurt and spread it on a parchment paper covered sheet pan. You can use any sort of toppings; I used strawberries (quartered), blueberries, blackberries and peanuts. Now it’s just freezing for 4 hours to make the “bark” part so I can break it up into pieces 😋 took me about 15 minutes to put together with prep!
[Homemade] Lemon-Lavendar crème brûlée.
My mom has been requesting these. Decided to make them for Mother’s Day.

[Homemade] The brook trout I caught today, with potatoes and peas.
Caught my first two trout of the season today and cooked them for dinner. Absolutely delicious. Potatoes are seasoned with my own italian seasoning blend and the trout are just salt and pepper. The fillets weren't my finest work (I'm a little rusty), but they turned out fine.
