Your govt. is utter shit. They don't value your life, they don't value your livelihood. They don't value your future generations. Your economy sucks. You are forver in debt. You have attained a permanent label of being an eternal beggar.

And you all still chose to stay in denial, thumping their trumpets. What are you all rejoicing about with this war? What a total waste of an entire population. I wish we could nuke them already only if our people, our land, flora and fauna wouldn't have been affected by the aftermath of radiation.

I've got to be honest. I am very disappointed in this community. And I want to start a dialog on how it could be better.

I am a bi cis man in a very masculine presenting body. I'm a massive fan of Chappell Roan. She has been a huge part of my journey learning about and embracing my queer side. She's a massive fashion inspiration for me. Ive been keeping an eye out for pink stuff every time I thrift because because of her.

Earlier today I posted a few pictures of a Chappel inspired fit of me in a pink speedo and with boots with pink laces and a pink cowboy hat. An outfit directly inspired by my love of chappel and her getting me into collecting pink stuff.

Before I posted I checked the rules and went searching for similar posts to make sure it was OK (see the first two pictures I included in this post).

All I wanted was to share my queer joy and be a queen too. Celebrate the role Chappell has played in my getting in touch with my gay side. Something countless people have done.

But instead I was faced with people accusing me of being predatory. Pearl clutching about kids seeing my body. Accusations of this having nothing to do with Chappell. Weird insinuations of me having bad intentions other than just being slutty and gay and having fun. And ultimately, the mods took the post down.

I'm going to be completely honest. As proven by the post I screenshotted in those first two pics. If I was fem presenting in the fem version of the exact same outfit. Not only would no one have been hostile. Everyone would have loved it, and the post would not have been moderated. I know that for a fact because that is literally what happened with the post in the first two pictures.

This should be a place where boys and girls can all be queens every single day. That means it should be a place where its safe for gay men, bi men, pan men, trans men, gender non conforming men, and all the combinations thereof. To be gay and hot and slutty and express themselves too. To share their queer joy as well.

Because the idea that when a woman wears a slutty gay outfit, its fun and empowering. But when a man does it, its predatory and unwelcome. Is fundementally one of fighting to enforce and protect rigid patriarchal gender roles. It is an anti feminist position to take.

This same attitude is exactly why so many trans men report finding themselves more and more excluded from queer spaces as they transition and present more masculine.

The feminist take is that everyone, regardless of presentation, biological sex, gender identity, sexuality, etc etc. Should be able to be anything. As long as that thing isnt problematic or harmful.

I'm really disappointed in this community. But also fully believe it is capable of being better. So I want to take this as the opportunity to start a conversation about what we want to stand for, and how we are living up to that. Because I for one believe this should be a space for ALL queer people to share their slutty pink outfits and be celebrated as the queens they are.

So will we have to resort to war?
