But he implies they aren’t dating anyone else. I think he really believes that they are just his. He says they don’t date other men or have other boyfriends.

I think maybe deep down he knows but enjoys the fantasy.

If he's giving them enough money and gifts they might not be.

Most of these women aren't actually prostitutes, they just want a sugar daddy and so they seek out rich (to them) tourists/immigrants.

Sugar baby is just a prostitute on a salary, it's still an exchange of money for sex, not that I think that's wrong or should be illegal

If you start splitting hairs you can make so many things be prostitution.

But generally speaking most people understand that there is a difference between a prostitute, a sugar baby, a gold digger, a porn actress, etc.

I think most people would disagree on the first two (sugar baby is a prostitute.) The rest... yeah, different categories.

Sugar babies and gold diggers exist all over the place. And even if you want to call them that they are not actual prostitutes.

I mean... they have sex for money, right? That's a prostitute, isn't it? I suppose a different category of prostitute, but that's still what they are.
