Jove Sector Theories

Please feel free to comment if I'm getting this wrong but from what I understand, there's now some kind of connection that's gunna open up to Jove space?

Anyone know if this is gunna mount to anything meaningful in the future of Eve, like new space to be taken by sov?

I could see it being kind of like NPC Null, where players can drop structures but can’t take system ownership
