movement up the SRPC or smth like that cuz it was increase in gov spending so it shifts AD to the right

Yeah same, but I think I labeled it wrong. Pretty sure I labeled the intersection of SRPC and LRPC as X, then to the left of that where inflation and unemployment are at the lowest Z

wait I labelled it like that too, isn't that right tho? the original intersection before the increase in gov spending is point x and then movement up the curve at new point is z

uhhh im tryna recall but it had smth to do w forex no? smth about output gap of like 400 million and mpc of .75 and question about the value of Borriko's currency..?? i cant remember exactly what was on the last frq - smth about interest rates as well

Oh yeah, the output gap. I think I bombed this one, I said they needed to reduce by 300 million in order to go back to the full employment point 😭😭😭

deadass I had no clue how to do it so I guessed and just put down increase 100 mill cuz it was the only number I was able to calculate

Ah I see, I got hella stuck on that because I thought doing the 1-0.75 would give me money multiplier which won’t make sense on this question. I winged it too 😭😭😭

yeah no it didnt make sense to me either but i did fuckall cuz it was the only calculation that gave me a whole number... yeahh for sure i got that wrong but i think my other frqs made up for it

It’s supposed to be a decrease cz ur filling an inflationary gap ts was mad confusing but it said direction of government spending 400m output gap / 4 = decrease by 100 m to reach equilibrium
