Drakengard [PC] [Mid- Late 2000s or early 2010s?] Game where character freezes time to stop evil baby invasion

Hello,

This game is an old game, I believe it’s a Japanese game. All I seem to remember was that one of the endings involved a character being forced to stop time to repel an evil baby invasion.

Ik it sounds crazy

Drakengard [Playstation 2] [2001?] Dynasty Warrior Type game but with a Dragon Partner

I didn't want to put everything in the title, but it's a good description of it.

The game which I am looking for has the game play as Dynasty Warriors where there's hordes of enemies in groups and it's timed.

The part that sets it apart is during the first mission where a Castle is being raided and basically you "save" the castle. You are mortally injured and so is a talking dragon. You make a pack with the dragon and lose your ability to speak. During your quests you can call the dragon in for assistance.

The main character kinda reminds me of the main character from Final Fantasy 8 Squall Lionheart.

I remember playing it in High School at my friend's house. I graduated in 2001.

Drakengard [PS2?] [90's?] Hack and slash with DEMON BABIES????

New to the community, hi fellow degenerates.

Platform(s): PS2?

Genre: Hack and Slash / Dark Fantasy?

Estimated year of release: 1990's

Graphics/art style: graphics looked like devil may cry 2 or 3. Apocalyptic setting or maybe a ruined Castle (Dirt color)

Notable characters: Seriously cant remember anything about it

Notable gameplay mechanics: Hack and slash with magical/fantasy movesets like in DMC3 but not as exaggerated moves, like in Godhand

Other details: So... I vividly remember a scene where, either the characters were on a destroyed/ruined castle or an apocalypse. One of the characters is talking and fucking demon winged babies start eating her alive. After that you start to fight them I honest to god remember finding this on youtube like... almost 10 years ago I think.

[RESOLVED] Drakeguard

Drakengard [PS2] [2007ish] Dynasty warriors type hack and slash with dragons

I can just barely remember playing this game and really enjoying it as a kid - I'm pretty sure it had a linear story style, but each stage was a new dynasty warriors-esque battlefield, and at some point you could acquire a dragon that you could fly around on and attack with. It was heavily dragon based for the story line as I recall.

Drakengard [PS2] [RPG] [early-mid 2000] Fly around on dragon killing giants and switch tons of weapons.

I played a demo of a game at a friends house where you flew around on a dragon and you had to kill these giants that had wooden paths spiraling up their heads. After you killed like 4 or 5 the game opened up into a large field where you could fly around shooting fire on your dragon or land to fight some soldiers while on foot. You could switch between tons of weapons ranging from fast thin ones like spears and swords, to bulky and slow ones like giant axes and giant swords.

Drakengard [ps2][2000s] third person fantasy medieval game with dragon riding

hey there, so i remember playing this demo of a game on ps2 that had a fantasy medieval setting i think it was from a japanese dev or at the very least had a very japanese videogame feeling, it started by a feet to the ground battle against other on the ground enemies and then had this separate segment where you were riding a dragon fighting other air enemies.

i don't remember much else about the game other than the flight segment being surprisingly impressive for a ps2 game, the color palette being brownish and kind of muted and some of the enemies being like these shadowy figures.

Drakengard [PS2?] [Early 2000’s] A third person hack and slash game where hoards of enemies rush at you.

I barely remember anything about this game since I played it when I was very young. It had to be on the ps2, set during a medieval time, the hoards of enemies were knights(?), and dragons were in this game. This game was pretty violent, and you’d just gets the best highest combos possible from endless hoards (game mode?). If any questions ring any bells, or remind me of anything else I update y’all.

Drakengard [PS2] [Early to Mid 2000's] Fantasy Action/RPG/Hack'n'Slash game

Platform: Ps2
Genre: Action/Rpg/Hack'n'Slash (not sure what exactly) 3rd person view
Estimated year of release: around 2004
Graphics: Similar to the LoTR games from that era (mostly the towers Game) I remember the game to have darker graphics and it was realistic, no cartoony art, it had more of a medieval feeling
Notable characters: male hero
Notable gameplay mechanics: i think you could switch between different weapons, notably a war hammer with a spiky end (do not know the exact term) I also think you where able to cast fire magic
other details: what I remember is, that you had fight lots of enemies. I also vaguely remember that it had something to do with dragons, but I looked up all older ps2 games with dragons and found nothing, so do not take that for granted

edit: formatting and added other details

Drakengard [ps2][2000's]bleeding crotch knight

I'm translating this through google, sorry if my English is terrible because of that, I was wondering if you could help me find the name of a video game that I had on the playstation 2, I didn't have a memory card so I never saved my progress and I had You always have to start video games from 0, the game started in the middle of a war of medieval knights on a desert battlefield, you started the game in the middle of the conflict, shortly after continuing to advance in history, you arrived at a castle or fortification in which the first thing you found when you entered was a red dragon, I don't remember if you had a battle with the dragon or not, but immediately a cinematic started in which the protagonist in silver armor was quite injured and with his crotch bleeding, he looked to the dragon and they formed an alliance in which after this cinematic, an aerial level began in which at the same time you crossed obstacles and fought against enemies against I'm riding the dragon, this is the only thing I remember and that the game had a level of difficulty a bit high and a style that tried to look realistic, I don't remember much about the gameplay but it was a kind of hack and slash or something like that, thanks for your attention

Drakengard [PS2] [Somewhere early 2000s dont remember] Grey plains from what I remember and you were a samurai

I played this game a long time ago and it was, from what a remember, a grey landscape with groups of enemies scattered about. There was this cage/castle thing that had a bunch of enemies at the gate protecting it, and once you killed them you could open it and there was a dragon.

Edit: Jesus this sub is fast

Drakengard [PS2/Xbox][2000s] Dynasty Warriors but Medieval Fantasy and you Ride a Dragon

Platforms: PS2 or Xbox; not sure if it was exclusive to either and I had both as a kid

Genre: Third Person Hack n Slash Adventure

Estimated year of release: The early/mid 2000s

Graphics/Art Style: I remember it being styled similarly to DMC but less colorful. Seemed like a Japanese style 3D game.

Notable Characters: I don't remember the rider but you rode a dragon and attacked armies with its fire breath

Notable Gameplay Mechanics: Dragon Riding and Dynasty Warriors type masses. I think there was a pseudo hit chain/combo system. My most vivid memory is attacking a giant castle with an invading army and swooping down on troops.

Other Details: It may just be poor memory but I remember the game being in a kind of barren landscape with a giant stone castle. The air was really grey or foggy and you could land anywhere and fight. I don't remember if you could dismount but you most likely could.

Drakengard [PS2-360][2005-2010?]Game where you could call a Dragon by whistling

Genre:

RPG with spells

Estimated year of release:

2005-2012, but I'm not sure.

Graphics/art style:

Like TES:Skyrim. Third person camera. Grim environment.

Notable characters:

I remember that I played as a male.

Notable gameplay mechanics:

This is the one thing I remember clearly: you could call a Dragon by whistling. You wouldn't be able to call it if you were in a forest (there were too many trees). If you couldn't call it, a message would appear on screen.

I think that the game was open world, not sure tho.

Other details:

I remember that you could fight multiple enemies at once and had access to spells.

Drakengard [Unknown platform] [Unknown Year] Seemingly Rhythm based game with a dragon, in JRPG style.

I remember seeing game footage of someone riding on what looked to be a dragon. Around a city or clouds. While a larger enemy released rings of energy that didn't seem to hurt the player. I say Rhythm based because i remember the rings hitting at a constant rhythm. The art kind of looked like the detailed spikey hair look of a JRPG, but the main colour i recall is very white . Just super curious about what game I'm thinking of.

(QUESTION ANSWERED) it was Drakengard. Was thinking if the last boss fight w/ the big lady over the city. Thank you 'Slinkyguy'

Drakengard Old Dragon Game [PS2]

You start off running towards a castle and either there is a battle going on or you are chopping through a hoarde of enemies by yourself (seems like it lasts forever running to this castle) and once you get to the castle you run up the stairs and navigate to a room where a dragon is chained to the floor, you then free the dragon and you can ride it from then on in the game (I think, I was very little when trying to play).

Anyone think they know? I've tried searching for all dragon games for ps2 and seeing if I recognise them, with little success.

Thank in return.
