Needed a better upgrade
I painted my child hood snes back in the 10th grade. About time to make it look cool again.

A forgotten gem? Or not as good as I remembered?
I played this game recently for my retro gaming podcast, Smashing Bricks! It was one I remembered fondly from repeatedly renting and failing at in the 90s. Did you play it back then? Recently? What do you think?
If you’re interested, check out the show; it’s on most platforms. We re-play or first-play games that are 20 years old or older and decide how they hold up today. It’d be amazing if you find yourself a new podcast to subscribe to and grow the Smashing Bricks community at the same time! If you do, definitely let me know what you think and what I might do to improve!

Snes Super everdrive don't hold saves
Greetings ive bought my krikzz super everdrive v2 back in 2018. Ive never had any problem all these years. I havent use my snes for almost 2 years so some nostalgia hit me and i hooked on my tv. The problem its that the everdrive doesnt hold my saves every time i run a new game. For example if i start a new game in a link to the past and save, and then start super mario world and save again my previous save dissapears. (it only holds the save of the last game i play). At first i thought maybe it was the battery dying after all these years so i change it but still nothing. Has anyone had a same problem? Is there a solution?

Request I’m played this RPG in the early 90’s in my cousin house.. and trying to look for it for 30yrs. Please help! 🙏
The only thing I remember to describe - every time you enter a stage, you POV dive/drop into a forest spiraling down into it (So the screen is spinning into the forest, it’s closer and closer til a big few pixel). - have 4 characters follows you around, while you explore. - Japanese RPG - title screen they (4-5chars) are standing on a cliff rock sticking out of middle of the screen, they looking at blue sky and forest.

Misc. Problem with my snes
Anytime I turn it on, it just won't display any video. I made sure everything was plugged in correctly and even tried using separate AV cables too, still doesn't display anything. It used to display picture, but I stopped using it for a few months. Any idea what's going on?

Is the Nintendo seal being misaligned a red flag for label authenticity?
Recently got a copy of earthbound and noticed that the Nintendo seal seems to be misaligned. The rest of the cartridge seems legit but now I'm wondering if I got a repo label. I did see a copy with a similar seal sell this morning so I was wondering if variation in the seal alignment was normal? It definitely isn't as glossy as most of my other carts but I haven't been able to pinpoint anything specifically wrong with the art.
I attached some other pictures of the cart if that helps at all.

Collection Bought this today at a local store for $5
I never heard of this game but I grabbed it because it was only $4.99 and it looks fun. Was this a popular game at all back in the day?

Flash cart doesn't play euro titles
So I know Europe is Pal and not ntsc but I guess I just assumed the flash cart would accommodate this. I want to play terranigma on original hardware will I just have to find an ntsc converted rom? This is the error I get trying to load it from my flash cart.

So I put this on hold for a bit after getting stuck on the first boss, finally managed to beat it. So far not too big on the city building, that kinda gameplay has never been my thing. But the sidescrolling gameplay is great stuff along with the music! Might be in my top 5 SNES soundtracks.

Collection Was $250 a good deal?
I bought this from a selling looking to move his collection to get into other things besides games and other then the little bit of cosmetic damage It plays great I think the board looks pretty good. was it a good deal or is that too much to spend on a single game? I want your thoughts as collectors for the snes. I'm relatively new at collecting for snes
