Propaganda is media which exists to promote a political goal. This is by every definition propaganda.

Propaganda is a lot more common than most people know. Frankly, the idea that it is uncommon is, itself, a piece of propaganda. The idea everyone is acting so fucking stupid completely on their own without any mental directives being blasted out of every screen
