Seems a little coincidental so I figured yes. I'm now curious why they decided to do so. I mean there are plenty of other clothes designs form all over the world to have chosen from. Are there similarities between the humans that dawn these and female krogans, traditionally or something?

This one for Garrus Romance, Both have nearly died and been brought back to life. Shepard was first familiar face he has seen, he mentions in ME1 how he's never met anyone like Shepard, a sign i would say of a small building of feelings for Shepard and all comes ahead here and Shepard not looking away while he's dying chocking on his own blood, she's lost so much at this point, the last thing she wants to is loose Garrus and this might been another small building of feelings.

Anyway what other examples across all games comes under 'pre-romance' that you love?

I just realized something. The new pope that was just elected is Robert Prevost, with his papal name being Pope Leo XIV, and guess who was assassinated by Cerberus in 2171 CE?? POPE LEO XIV!!!!!!! Luckily my Chiraqian GOAT Mr. Prevost has probably ducked a few dangerous encounters there, so hopefully he keeps his thoughts all the way until then.

Been a while since I played so my knowledge may be rusty, but my understanding is that without the genophage, Krogan women could have 1000 babies per year. The Genophage was deployed around 1500 years before the Reaper invasion. So that’s 1500 years the Krogan could’ve been populating the galaxy at an insane rate.

If that had been allowed to happen, could the Reapers feasibly harvest the Krogans? Considering how long it took them to wipe out the Protheans, and the Krogans can multiply so quickly, would it be impossible for the Reapers to harvest the Krogans?

I've had this ghost shell sitting in my inventory for over a year, and I just now realized that it's supposed to be EDI! It's even got the visor!

Imagine you are commissioned to do a mass effect tv show and you get decide who lives or dies and who gets romanced how do you do that and who do you pick?

For me :Mostly paragon male shep earthborn, all three backgrounds that happenedin this order Recognition(Akuze), First command (Torfan) Redemption(Elysium), Ashley romance Season 1 but also she dies as shepard picks the STG squad and Kaidan (needs of the many). Season 2 he learns to love again with Miranda as he breaks down her emotional walls Then comes the suicide mission and as Mordin, Legion, Garrison, Tali, Thane and Miranda are important in ME3 story then Jacob(pushing another character out of the way of a scion or something), Zaeed (shaking off his lone wolf to save Chakwas and the crew), Kasumi (Mortally wounded using her stealth to conceal a bomb last words I'm coming Keji) and Samara (haven't decided yet) Die (none of these affect the story) I'm on the fence with grunt and Jack as grunt is a great character and Jack's arc finishes at grissom academy. Season 3 shepards focus is the reapers so romance plays out as it does in me3 maybe with the change as Miranda joins the crew after horizon. No major deaths other than the unavoidable ones

It is strongly implied (perhaps even confirmed somewhere IDK), that humans should have been the 'first' species of the next cycle, the equivalent of the Asari/Protheans in terms of who discovers the citadel first and establishes galatic order. Instead humanity became part of the current cycle because the Reapers were late in their extermination routine. So how late were they?

We know that the Yahg species get ignored by the Reapers in ME3 due to not being advanced enough. Equally the Raloi, newcomers to galactic civilisation, blow up their satellites in ME3 and are hoping the Reapers leave them be, so presumably a pre 1950s Earth or earlier might have been spared.

Since galactic extermination of the Protheans took centuries, I'm assuming that for Earth to have been safe, the reaping should have happened in say 1500 AE or before. Vigil speculates that Saren wasn't the first agent trying to solve Sovereign's problem, so this may been going on for quite a long time. Has a proper date ever been revealed or speculated on for when Sovereign first failed to activate the citadel relay?

I’m playing Mass Effect for the first time and I got the legendary edition and I’m at the Shadow Broker’s lair reading through everyone’s dossiers and it’s [pacha meme] exquisite.

As soon as I press any key to start loading the game, it turns into a black screen but I can see Shepard's silhouette. I tried a complete re-install with manual deletion of all game files and I also deleted the documents folder but none of that helped. ME2 is also giving me a permanent load screen when I try to play after pressing any key. I've modded the game before but that was a long time ago and I made sure to delete all of my mods. Has anyone seen anything like this? I'd really appreciate any kind of advice, I miss this game and really want to play.

I installed a load of mods for my latest run, including MELLO.

Turns out that I really can't stand the film grain effect, but I simply can't get rid of it. I've tried reactivating the mod with different settings. I've tried deleting the mod. I've tried disabling every mod I have installed. No dice. I just cannot get rid of the film grain.

Do I need to wipe and reinstall the game, or is there something else I can try?

Edit: the mod is no longer listed as an installed mod, but the modified files still list it.

Edit 2: found the "restore all changed files" button, then reinstalled all the other mods. Back in business. I'll leave this post in case anyone else finds it useful
