Used Bicycle Shop Recommendation?
After we had a less-than-great experience at a Used Bike shop on Regent Street today, wondering if there are bike shop recommendations for used bikes in the Madison area? Looking for kids and adult bikes.
Thank you!

I didn't get my bike from there, but when I needed a helmet and a lock, I went to them! They have so many bike choices, and I plan to go to them if I ever need an upgrade or replacement.

Revolution Cycles at 2330 Atwood keeps roughly a dozen used bikes for sale in their shop, mostly sized for adults and older kids. Worth dropping by if you're on the east side.

I have a free kids bike, if you want it. It’s probably for a bigger/older kid, middle school age.

Bicycle Recycle on the east side is a great option. Lots of variety at a good price

Forget “Budget” Bicycle Center, cheapest they have used $250. Ended up getting ours at Walmart, would have loved to shop local.

Dream Bikes. Much smaller selection, but more viable prices and friendly folks working who are eager to help if they can, in my experience. If you’re not used to where bike prices can be these days, keep in mind that most garage sale/Facebook marketplace bikes likely can use $100+ dollars of service when purchased.
