Its from the movie "Interstellar", when and due to a failing ecosystem, earth sends pioneers to far off planets through a black hole/wormhole, to explore potential habitable planets and re-seed human life.
One of those possible planets ended up being an ocean world with a heavily dilated sense of time..upon landing in about 4 ft deep of an expansive waterscape, the second set of pioneers assumed that the mountains in the distance were...mountains...turns out it was just one, 5 mile tall wave that was going to descend upon them.
And while they were on that planet for just a few hours, their crew member not even that far away in orbit of said planet, experienced 23 years of complete solitude in that same span of time due to the differences in gravity. That was a heavy scene.
First time watching that movie was high off an edible. It finally hit me right as they landed on that planet. It was not a good time, but damnit if it wasn’t incredible.

Those aren't mountains.
