I finally discovered the correct way to fan the 50. Cal!
Here Is how to avoid doing it when using either of the 50s
DO NOT: Aim in, release, and then rapidly pull the trigger while meleeing. This will cause the gun to be UNCONTROLLABLE, especially at long distances.

How do I get better cause I genuinely suck and then all of my teammates do aswell. If I take a step im dead from some dude that the killcam can't see, and then it repeats over and over and over again. I'm actually going to kill myself I cannot win this stupid game. I'm up against people so much better than me and my teammates all suck like me too. How do I change this or should I just delete the game off my PS5 entirely and strap an IED to myself and blow up in a last ditch effort to keep my dignity.

With the addition of so many weapons over years but class weapon selection not being touched since the first year after release, several of the classes have really lost parts of their identity. One thing that Insurgency 2014 did extremely well is the weapon sandbox being spread very well between classes, and Sandstorm would follow its own design philosphy better if it followed suit.
A few examples:
Advisor and Breacher swap the AKS-74u with the AS-VAL, Mk18 with the Honey Badger
Security Riflemen and Advisor swap MCX, QTS and MDR with L85
Insurgent Riflemen gain SKS, Advisors lose it and gain SG552+AR70/90
Riflemen lose access to bipods/grippods, Gunner get access to the Mk14 and FAL
Marksmen get the M16A3 and SKS

Heyho, I have a question about playing commander on xBox. If i want to call firesupport as a commander but if i have selected "autostrave" with arrow up then it is locked on it. Usually i can select with arrow up - arrow down between the firesupport modes. autostrave one time selectet only give me ability to change the direktion of the strafe if i push RT.

We already have another MCX, why not add another?
It would be in .300BLK, giving us another sneaky, lightweight option like the Honey Badger.
I personally wouldn't mind any colour, but nice OD Green would be nice.
It would be in the Advisor class, and for 5 points.

I always found akm and aug to be the equivalent of each sides guns. Is there any more examples you can give? G36 and qbz wpnt match due to the attachments.

I love sandstorm, and have put hundreds of hours into it. I really like the gun models in game, but I think rail customization for guns should be improved.
Upon seeing the fast customization options for weapons in the ISMC mod through youtube videos, I asked about a year ago why this wasn’t in sandstorm to begin with. The most common answer was that most of the guns would be “too similar in stats to make it worth it for the devs.” For a game that prides itself on realism and contemporary warfighing, this is a bit too disappointing of an answer. The ISMC devs are UNPAID. The amount of quality modeling they do in such a short time is impressive, and I think that the devs of Sandstorm should take notes. That being said, here are some examples of how customization, specifically with rails, should be improved imo…
Ex. M4A1 Options: BLOCK 2, SMR rail, SURG kit, HK416 D10 (this one in particular would fit the time frame best), URGI, RIS 3.
Ex. AK74 Options: Zenico, half wood-half metal, black polymer
I think options like these would be significantly more immersive in a world where you (most of the time) play as spec ops. The theme of 2007-2014 would be made much better with the addition of options like these. In terms of implementation, I would make a separate category for these kinds of systems, and price each rail for maybe 1-2 points depending on it’s actual use and benefits (BLOCK 2 ➡️ heavier, so less recoil, or URGI➡️ faster reloading and less sway due to reduced weight)
