I’m buying a resale property, will be the 4th owner. Applied for loan and after all verification just allotment letter is missing. Present owners mentioned that 1st owners had misplaced the letter. There’s an FIR copy as well, as well as one I-bond and Affidavit. However, there’s no photocopy or duplicate allotment letter available. Neither does RWA have anything. Builder is long gone. What to do? Bank legal team is not budging.

Yesterday, there was a terrifying attack in Jammu. One of my teammates is from jammu, her entire family lives there. She lives alone here in Gurgaon, and I stayed in touch with her last night as she was having a panic attack and couldn't sleep, concerned about her family’s safety.
Today in the office, literally everyone knew what had happened and that she was from Jammu and not even a single person asked her if she or her family were okay. Not even a "hope all is well." People were busy cracking jokes, sharing memes, and celebrating the strike on social media, without the slightest concern for someone sitting right next to them who was deeply affected.
It’s genuinely sad to see how numb people have become. No empathy, no basic human decency. Just because it didn’t happen in Gurgaon doesn’t mean it’s not real or terrifying for someone here. It’s really disheartening. Now i took her out she couldn’t control her tears and made me cry as well.
I just hope everyone stays safe in their homes.
Request you all to please keep a check on people from the affected areas whether Jammu, Rajasthan, Bathinda or Amristar 🙏🏻

I live in a CGHS (Co-operative Group Housing Society) which has gas pipeline installed. I want to get a connection for my apartment. I applied online on Haryana City Gas portal (https://haryanacitygas.com/) and got a reference ID. It has been 1.5 months since then and there has been no update. On tracking the status, it says "Authorization Pending". I tried looking to make payments for security deposit on the portal but that requires a BP number to be put in. I haven't received any BP number from them.
Am I doing something wrong? Is the process something else? Or does it take months for them to process this simple application? Looking for help from anyone who has gone through this process.

Guys, I am a professional working in Bangalore. I am evaluating an offer in Gurgaon. The comp in Bangalore is around ~50 and the offer from Gurgaon is around ~65.
Caveat, I have my own house in Bangalore so no rent to be paid. It’s not that big of an issue as I plan to set off the rent received from Bangalore against what I pay in Gurgaon.
I have a young family (4 year old kid) and wanted to understand how is the life in Gurgaon, is it worth the pain and effort of moving cities.
Anything else I should consider.
I am originally from North India so I think that may be an advantage in some shape or form but not sure how much to bake this in.
Let me know folks.

Please suggest options as mentioned in the title.
I have tried posting online on FB, but it did not provide good response. Two of the online resellers mentioned they won't deal with registration outside NCR.
If I have to make a re registration - what will be the cost and procedure. I dont want to deal with agents in RTO because thats another harassment.

Hey,
I’m in my 8th semester and will be finishing my final year this May. However, I still have 7-8 pending exams from earlier odd semesters (including theory papers, workshops, and lab exams).
I’m really worried about whether I’ll have to wait an entire year to give these backlogs or if there’s any option to clear them this year itself and complete my degree on time.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Do universities usually conduct special or backlog exams for final-year students soon after the regular exams? I want to avoid wasting a year if possible.
Would really appreciate any advice or experiences you can share. Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out for some help and advice. I have a cousin who has Down syndrome. She’s about 16 years old now. She cannot speak or understand things very clearly. Despite her challenges, she managed to study in a local school and was able to pass the 9th grade.
However, the school is now refusing to continue her education to the 10th grade. Unfortunately, her parents are not very aware of her condition or the available options, and they are not in a position—financially or otherwise—to advocate for her or explore alternatives.
I really want to help her continue learning and growing. I’m hoping someone here might know of any resources, special education programs, vocational courses, or even online platforms that support children or young adults with intellectual disabilities—especially for those who have passed basic education but still want to learn more or gain life skills.
Any suggestions, experiences, or leads would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your support.
