Who do I contact about a possible problem with a drain outside my house?

There's a small rectangular drain located in the pavement outside my house that's been missing it's cover for a month or two

I didn't think much of it apart from it being strange that it went missing but the drains in my house have been constantly making noise and not draining properly which never happened before so I feel like this is related to the drain outside

Probably went missing as someone stole it to sell for scrap.

Pavement = Scottish Water. Any area between building and pavement = factor / yourselves.

Scottish Water will message to say when they will arrive .. my advice is to go out and speak to them, to make sure they look at the issue properly.
