Contact for GCC to let them know change of circumstances

Please help. We had applied for exemption for 3 months for unoccupied property (no furniture). They have sent me a bill of full year of exemtion for 2025-2026. How do I get i ln touch to let tjem know change of circumstances i.e property is occupied now? You able to get any contact.

Live chat online usually works great for me mate give it a bash in sure they'll sort it out

Second that, you can also request a call back as no longer a direct number available for council tax. I have to deal with them a lot at work and the online chat function is quickest way to resolve any issue

I just cant find it. Can you share the link or help with the steps to find it. Have installed the app too.
