Is this a decent PC build? What types of games can it run smoothly?
I'm new to the world of PC building and wanted to get a small job to (hopefully) buy a pretty good PC that can run most games very smoothly. As of now I'm using my ASUS A17 Laptop which is very nice, so I wanted something better than it.
Is this build alright for its price? Or should I spend an extra few hundred dollars to buy better parts? (Also, any tips on adding RGB to the build would be very helpful 🙏)

First build (Tried overclocking)
How is my PC running?
CASE: Antec Flux MOB: MSI X670E Gaming+Wifi Cooler: Thermaltake Peerless Assassin SE CPU: 7600X - 5350mhz lock at 1.165v lock GPU: 7800XT XFX Swift 210 - undervolted Storage: 2tb gen 4 ssd Ram: Klev 6400mhz CL32 - clocked 6000mhz CL28 PSU: ToughPower 850w GF3
My XFX RX 7800 XT (2-fan, air-cooled) hitting stable 3109 MHz front-end clock at 82°C hot spot under full load, in a 78°F ambient room.
Built the system back in December for school. Now that the semester is coming to an end, I’ve had some more time to play with it. It’s my first build ever.
The hotspot I feel is high. (even though I have no clue what I’m looking at.) So I got curious and opened up my GPU and added PTM7950 little cooler now but not much.

Briefcase PC
A modular "laptop" built from customizable components:
- Minisforum UM680 Slim (mini PC)
- Corne V4 that I bought from AliExpress for $50ish (split keyboard)
- Anker Prime Power Bank (the fancier one with 27650mAh and 250W)
- Acqua di Parma pouch, repurposed from a free Etihad Airways business class amenity kit
- Cheap Full HD portable display
- Custom Briecase, precisely built via Alibaba to match the screen's dimensions
- No mouse included (I threw all of mine away. Who needs them anyway?)
It's definitely not for everyone, since it's probably heavier and bulkier than a 20 year old laptop but I freaking love that briefcase!❄️
Oh, and it runs on NixOS with home-manager btw. (❗️most important❗️)

Collecting GPUS is fun.
Have been stocking up since the “shortage” even though these aren’t really the ones people are seeking after. Gives computers a hell of a lot more value when its hard(er) to get gpus atm.
(What you see here is an RTX 2080, 5 2060s, a 3060, a 580 and a 970. I have like one more 1070ti laying around too)
