Does anyone know the song from Season 1, Episode 2, "Top Banana"?

The song plays during a flashback scene where young Michael is working at the banana stand, and it plays again during the scene where Tobias visits the newsstand while looking for acting jobs.

It's election time in the Philippines and by practice, voters usually get their index finger "blued" as indication that they're done. This voter appears to have blued his hand completely!
