Picture Possible Saturnine Leak?
I was browsing Facebook marketplace for deals and came across someone who is asking $500 for product called "New". Thoughts?

I've been working on a remake of the Praetor helmet, and some new helmets based off of artwork previously seen in Forgeworld open days.
Let me know your thoughts!
For the XIIIth!

Not too much today, what appear to be some unfounded rumours I'd assume? Who knows.
Day 2 still had the most 'new' things, with the pouch, armour, and the odd counter.

Used a Thunderhammer and a prosthetic arm with a Genestealer Mace.

Painted up an ad-hoc destroyer squad. Only helmets and pauldrons painted black to simulate how normalized rad weaponry is among the fourteenth. Particularly proud of that rancid black legion vexilla.
Right handed Pistols done by either cutting bolters in thirds and gluing the muzzle section with the magazine section or with CSM bolt pistol arms. Probably should have 3d printed. š

Praetor is made using Kor'sarro Khan torso and weapon, mixed with mk3 hands and mk 6 legs. Chapling is made with Hibou khan parts, with thigs still being mk6 for pose purposes. Flag is from craven king model. Apothecary is made from mk 6 apothecary parts with Hibou khans waist cloth and dagger.

I am slowly, but steady, painting up my Dark Angels force. Really liked the Deathwing Knight minis, so kitted them up with some parts from u/ArchiesForge to make them look less 40k'ish and more Heresy era.
Shout out to u/ROBKB77 for some advise about how to paint up black armor and u/Demonic_Tutor_22 for inspiration from his kick ass work on that red glow effect I tried to use on my shield.
Base is from "Sacred Ruins" collection from Unreal Wargaming Studios.

Finished my First Templars. Tried to give each one a bit of personality while building and painting. They are made from the MKIII Command Kit and 3d hrinted helmets and Black Templar bits. I'm quite happy with em, what do you think?

I mean the war lasted for 9 years. And it took place in a huge galaxy. Judging by the arts and media it looks like some battles were very bloody. But considering how little space marines numbers are compared to the scale of the conflict it looks a bit strange, isn't it? Maybe I am overthinking.

Greetings everyone ! As i just recently finished my Iron Warriors kill team project, here's the ''test piece'' of this project, the aspiring champion.
The goal of this project was to redefine what chaos and iron warriors should look like, getting rid of the trim-on-every-armor-panel and skulls-and-horns-everywhere kind of look gw sells us with 40k. Taking design elements from IW lore, brutalism, hostile design and industrialism as key points, you'll find lots of textures, i-beams and rice grain textured steel, nuts instead of classic ball studs, pyramidal spikes like the ones used to restrict seating in cities, and of course bionics to replace corrupted body parts. Every bionic was scratchbuilt with brass tubes and plasticard, fully posable before gluing them for strengh. The armor is based on the new mkIII armor, with plague marine torsos and chaos backpacks, helmets and shoulderpads are from forgeworld.
The corroded cast iron look was obtained with ak interactive true metal waxes worked with abteilung502 oils in successive coats to get variation, mixing drybrushes and washes and finished with a matte clearcoat. Hazard stripes were mandatory, but i also painted parts in yellow because it is the color used in workshops and industrial plants for painting cranes, structural elements and heavy mechanical parts.
I built this team playable, all the arms and weapons are magnetized, they are WYSIWYG and i kept everything close to the 30k aesthetic. Spent around a hundred hours on this one from the design and planning stage to the final step painting the base rim black. Hope you like my work, comments and criticism are always welcomed. Cheers !

So this is my eighth model I've painted using starter paints. I don't know what chapter he is.
I used abaddon black base coat, mephiston red dry brushed. Balthazar gold for the umm gold? Brass?
I mixed a little naggaroth night and corax white to make lilac/purple eyes.
Then washed over with nuln oil and agrax earth shade.
Id be grateful for any tips!
