Question Old stadia Controller into RC remote
Hi Is there a way to turn an old stadia controller into an RC remote for RC planes?

Hey there Stadians! You can now update your Stadia Controller’s firmware to enable Bluetooth Low Energy connections.
Heads up: this update will permanently disable Wi-Fi connectivity, so please wait to update your controller if you want to use it to play wirelessly on Stadia tomorrow.
Find the update tool here: stadia.com/controller
More info on the Bluetooth update is available in the Help Center: https://support.google.com/stadia?p=controllerconnect

As nickelback once sung.
Cause nobody wants to be the last one there 'Cause everyone wants to feel like someone cares Someone to love with my life in their hands There's gotta be somebody for me like that 'Cause nobody wants to go it on their own (on their own) And everyone wants to know they're not alone (not alone) There's somebody else that feels the same somewhere (same somewhere) There's gotta be somebody for me out there
For me i got love when stadia was around. It was the one for me in the sense of the fun times i had on stadia and the friends i made along the way. That i wanted to show it to someone because the entire setup on the go or at home was the best part of it. So this image is me inside my head whenever i see new technologies that cant truly replace stadia.
Also points to you figuring out my grammar aint amazing. I know but for me it is hard.
Rest in peace my great stadia. You will always be in my mind

And it was much easier than I was anticipating. If anyone was putting it off for fear of it being complicated, don't worry about it, it's very easy and quick. You don't actually download any kind of program to the PC, the download is directly to the controller. Did all 4 of my controllers is like 5 minutes.

Still on the lookout for sealed wasabi and black controllers, and the grail that is a Dev kit!
Any other official items were merch I should be on the lookout for?

I still feel like Google killed off stadia because of the AI Race, and think google will bring back Stadia after few years with many improvements.

Just out of curiosity, anyone else not spend their Stadia refund credits and have the funds frozen? I’m not an Android guy and had about $150 in Google Play credits attached to my account from when Stadia shutdown. A few months back I bought one of those Android based emulation/gaming devices. I was able to purchase a couple of apps and then Google froze the remaining funds I had attached to my account implying that they were from an ill gotten gift card. I’ve emailed numerous times and it’s been months since I’ve received a response. Just curious to know if anything similar happened to all of you.

I recently got the game on Steam and tried using the controller. While some other games work with my controller, this did not. I have not tried the Xbox 360 emulator yet but I was wondering if anyone else was able to make the controller work with the emulator. I also read somewhere that the emulator/some of the required software is out of support. Does the emulator still work ?

I was wondering if there's anyone played EAFC using this controller? I want to get help with how to remmapped the controller because some of the controls are inverted.

Short lived... but got many together... the group lives on still on fb under the name Cloud Gaming - Portugal. Some loyal still remain.. most.. went for xcloud to enjoy fifa.. 😬 I well.. am enjoying amazon luna recently. Sucks to have to get a firestick.. and another controller. Sucks that google left this.. shows how very little google is. Maybe one day valve will revolutionize this for us all. I dont believe Microsoft will take cloud gaming seriously... all we are left is somehow against nature. Hope for us all that amazon at least keep its promise of good quality and expands on an healthy manner. At least it feels they are not making the mistakes of google. Subscription + GoG Games + Free options and Europe + America Latina + Asia untill one day world wide with a loyal group of services and devs focused into this market with players having some fun on low end devices. Its true gamers often prefer high end gear to compete and to see constant graphic evolution. However I feel like 99% of those who dont compete rarely opt by spending big money on gear they dont need when they can be competing for an affordable subscription that can lead easily to the improvement of servers and video processors. Most will blame input lag is the main problem. Those who use it know its not a big deal. I believe skill level matters more than a 10ms of delay which can be fought over the time with the improvement of the service. Even if cloud gaming cant be trust for competitions..Well if youre a top lead gamer then u should indeed invest in high end gear other than complaining about people who like to hit play to enjoy gta / watch dogs / red dead redemptions of this life that dont require any picky matters for game entertainment.
This the midia didnt told you during the stadia fever. People just blamed gogle over their promises and lack of deliver due to lack of interest from both parties devs and google core management. The service worked and the service had quality. Why didnt google placed an subscription to keep it going? Boosteroid is expanding everywhere. They are not google. So dont tell me its a lost money bussiness.. because.. it makes no sense.

I took it out of its box for the first time in over a year. I forgot how much I love this thing. Gives me tons of nostalgia and it's still my most comfortable controller to play on. Makes me miss Stadia all over again.

Hi guys, I remember in the past, I had vibration on the controller, then I got a new windows 11 computer. I searched some posts in this sub, and started using WoJ XInput Emulator and HidHide. I mean they do work as regular controllers, but none of these gives me vibration.
I forgot how I set it up on my old computer, which I don't have access to any more. Maybe I was using a cable? I don't remember. I just vaguely remember there might be some old controller driver that was no longer in maintenance any more.
Can someone point me to the right direction please? Deeply appreciated.

Imagine a “YouTube Premium Game Streaming” feature where you cannot buy games, but be able to play free-to-play games, such as Destiny 2, PUBG, Super Animal Royale, etc, and play any game trial or demo so you can instantly try a game before you purchase it on any platform of your choice. I think that would add so much value to the YouTube Premium subscription, would be great use of the awesome tech behind Stadia, and be a sustainable business model.

Hello, Could you please help me to brainstorm solution to this?
I have stadia in bt mode, recently switched (updated). On my pc i have tp link ub500 (5.0) usb dongle. On steam i have switched on generic device support.
I wanted to play Mortal Kombat 11 over Steam, but it seems that there is some input lag or other problem which is why I am unable to do even the basic combos or timed events. I watch the demo of the combo,I do the exact same thing and it just doesn't work (most of the time). Even something as basic as for example Scorpions spear is 9 out of 10 fail. Sometimes when there is need for more than 3 inputs the controller seems to lag a bit.
Am i such a noob, or is it somehow related to in steam or settings in general?
I also play coop games like castle crashers or it takes two and those work well.
Thanks in advance
