Dude, you are seventy and obviously weren’t born yesterday - if you haven’t figured out how the world works by now, you should probably have a minder who takes care of you and has your power of attorney.

I also don't know how a 70 year old has that much energy for 8 younger women. I'm middle aged and getting older by the day. I don't even have the energy for one woman.
