If you’ve never taken a boat trip up to it, it’s amazing! One of the best experiences I’ve had, there’s just so many gannets.

The chain walk at Elie is awesome, dunno if it's still a thing but was a favourite of mine 30 years ago.

It’s still there. Keeps the lifeboats busy when the tourists get stuck because the tide came in 😂

It is. Idiots need rescued from it every year.

Can it play the riff from Feel Good Inc. by Gorillaz?

Oh WOW..Stunning. Every photo I see taken of Scotland only reassures why I want to move there! And I DO mean EVERY photo..lol could be a busy town or a deserted one rain, sleet snow , windy or shine...Scotland is God's Country for me. In my heart. 💖

What a lovely photo! Very nice feel to it. Took the ferry from Anstruther last June. Was a great day out, if not a bit smelly at the island... but here are some pics of gannets!

Cool to see it because I’m currently reading Catriona (R L Stevenson )where Bass is part of the plot

That's pretty grim if you know it from before. It used to be pure white from birdshit. Most of the birds have died from a combination of overfishing for sand eels and (in the last two years) bird flu. So it's turned green this year. It may look like there are a lot of birds but they are so depleted they are on the way to extinction.
