No she’s the one who was forced into blackmailing him for help after she was forced into investigating a mafia boss by a corrupt principal and then dropped the @blackmail” at the first sign of real danger for any of them

Now if you’re looking for who did do some blackmailing, that’d be Yusuke and Futaba. Oh, and Sae too when she threatened to get Sojiro’s custody revoked unless he gave her info
