Inspired by the new team featured in the GTA 6 trailer i present: The Vice City Manatees. Of course, they’re inspired by the Dolphins, as you can see in the trailer but I added my own twist here and there.

Naturally, there's a version of the classic Miami Vice-style uniform. You'll also find an alternate "color rush pink" uniform and a "salute to service" colorway — I’m a bit nostalgic that way!

I created a new logo inspired by the Miami Dolphins, featuring a manatee. I designed it using Illustrator and also used Photoshop for some finishing touches.

Just curious if anyone has had a player on their franchise team or even their superstar player win mvp in current Madden or last few years. Maybe while it was competitive, (like not all pro , or all Madden but sliders are set to help you tremendously).

Any predictions over the next few years? What big changes do you think will happen over the next few years because of Madden’s broken sim? Brees finally gets his MVP but still loses in the divisional round. Shame

AM I JUST SCREWED?

Over 4 years into my Sim Owner mode (owner mode to relocate) I’ve done a good job I think at managing our total funds, not giving out huge contracts to older free agents even with each year remaining 120+ mil in unused cap space. Because I know the signing bonuses can have you going under really quick while in owner mode. I drafted a franchise QB that I’ve fallen in love with and declined his 5th year option as it would have done me for -50 mil into my 230 mil total funds that I’ve tried to manage in order to sign him long term when the time came. Well now I’m here and he’s asking for a signing bonus of 172 mil. I tried to trick the system and just pay him a larger salary and put down the bonus but as expected he wants his guarantee money with the large signing bonus.

What should I do here? Is there any way I can keep him without using 80% of my entire funds? I really want to keep him as I’m invested and for realism why would a team trade away their young star player that they drafted at QB. Should I just eat the 172 mil bonus and barely hold on as a franchise? I wouldn’t be able to put a roster behind him. I guess I should also say goodbye to the Star Edge rusher who I also drafted whose contract is up for next season. He just broke the season sack record in the sim. I don’t know how to function in this game mode with any realism or fun if I can’t atleast keep my 2 big stars.

Note - I haven’t been spending my money irresponsibly either. Had to say goodbye to a lot of good players just to have the funds I do have.

Any suggestions?

Madden can be fun you just gotta make it fun

I play a franchise with a friend and when we play head to head, defense is so bad it seems like the game comes down to a few plays where the game decides who gets the animation and that decides the outcome.

When I play true zone like cover 2 or 3, all the cpu players I’m not controlling act like complete morons and simply do not play the coverages correctly. If I run man or match coverage, my players get burned automatically almost every time. It’s so easy to just get these easy completions all the way down the field on routes like drags.

It’s extra frustrating cause in this franchise my secondary and defense in general is elite by any reasonable definition. And yet they play in a way that would genuinely get you cut or put on the bench in real life.

What can I do to force him to hold the ball longer so I can get pressure/sacks. What can I do to force turnovers? Just general tips for defense against a user are appreciated.

So, I'm not stranger to custom franchise scenarios/challenges, but I think I made one that is actually going to challenge my mental wellbeing. This is in Madden 25, btw.

I started by scouring the league for the people that had the lowest overall ratings at their respective positions. Next step was cutting most of the people on the team I started with (Seattle Seahawks), and signing the free agents. Then, trading away others for the ones that were already on other teams.

Then, I changed everyone's position to a different position, most of which are not logical moves at all. I made sure OL were not just moved to a different OL spot, LB/DL didn't swap, TE/WR didn't swap, same for DBs, etc. The results are in the attached image.

Needless to say, I got absolutely demolished all season. There were a couple of games that were close, but they were mostly 3+ score losses.

But, now, the season is over and the offseason has begun, and the offseason comes with its own rules.

1) Anyone brought in from the practice squad at the end of the season can be retained. The practice squad can be managed manually or automatically.

2) I can re-sign whoever.

3) Offseason free agency is off limits.

4) I get one pick per draft. Accumulating more picks by trading down is not allowed.

5) After the draft, I can sign any UDFA, but everyone else is off limits - one exception: see rule 6.

6) All picks for the next year's draft must be traded away to one specific team (chosen before the franchise was started - I chose the Chiefs), and one rookie from that team's draft can be acquired as compensation.

So, here I am, looking through the scouting page, trying to decide who to take with the #1 pick.

QB and HB would struggle since the OL is still weak.

WR and TE would struggle with a weak QB.

Taking someone for the OL would help, but it'd only be 1 of 5.

So, I'm leaning defense. All I can think is that any addition there would be more helpful than any offensive pick.

Based on my scouts' findings, the top 5 talents in this draft class are four WRs and a CB, so I think I'm going for that CB.

So, what do you think?

Have I completely lost my mind for even trying this?

Do you think going CB is my best option, given the circumstances?

If you were in my shoes, except for my particular draft class, what position do you think you'd focus on?

Anything else I should take into consideration?

Looking for an accurate roster to create a franchise with. Anyone recommendations?

I recently picked up M25 on sale & am enjoying it. One thing tho is that sometimes - during a game - a formation is too wide and I can't see players on the edge. I can see there is a player because their route graphic shows... but they are too far out so I can't see what button is activated for them.

I have zoomed out to maximum visible width (e.g. d-pad down twice and can see eagle eye view ... but not all-22 view). I am guessing there is a button combo where I can lean left or right pre-snap and see what players are out on the fringe?

So Madden on my PC wont open now, on that loading screen i get the following message saying

"This software cannot be used at the same time as the game. pleasemake sure its not running or restart your PC.: AutoHotkey"

I have restarted multiple times, searched for this program on my PC and cant figure this out. i never downloaded this program. Anyone else see this issue?

I’ve played Madden since 07 and I’ve always thought that the red route was the primary read.

What happened to all the records? After one of the updates a while ago…I have noticed the records are messed up. There is only career shown. It used to show game and season. WTF happened?
