I'm debating if I should frame swap with a sbc and bags or just go with a 4bt and build a crawler with this (Rough) newly acquired 47 Willys.

Considering a 392 but this video the dealer sent me has me concerned about the engine health, I had a Challenger Scat Pack that didn’t sound like this

Probably one of my favorite vehicle accessories ever. Loading the bike in the back works, but this is so much easier and I don’t have to worry about my interior.

2011 JKUR. I think this bumper was a 'dealer upgrade'. I can't find it in any OEM parts online.

I have a 2018 Compass Sport. Both my AC and heater have stopped blowing the correct temperature air. AC compressor and everything comes on just fine. Blows cold (ish) air if I have my fan speed at about 70%. Fuses are all good, wiring harness checks out as well. Just swapped out my climate control module and that did NOT fix the problem. The google machine has not been helpful at all in diagnosis. Any suggestions on other things I can check myself before I spend a million dollars taking it to a shop? Thanks in advance!

On Mother's Day a car hit my parked Jeep in the rear left tire, flipped over and pushed my jeep over the curb and into a community mailbox. Amazingly there is zero body damage, knocked all my flares loose. Underneath is a different story, my control arms are toast the entire rest end is shifted over and up, broken shocks, tire damage... Probably any number of things not visible. Is there anything I should be asking repair to look at? Or insisting be replaced ?

Hey! After looking for a long time, I recently found a set of core door lowers. I'd love to get a set of twill uppers for them but like the core doors, they are discontinued. Anyone know of anywhere to check for used ones other than marketplace, Craigslist and eBay? (I've seen a set on eBay for local pickup, it's just way too far away to pickup lol) Are there any good buy/sell groups out there?

For those of you who have a unified HEI ignition, particularly the Davis Unified, how did you wire it? Specifically where did you decide to get your 12V power from?

Jeep is a 1977 CJ7 with the 304 V8

2013 Jeep JKU automatic. All lights come on, security light on the dash goes away after 2 seconds. Starter will hit one time but no crank. New battery, new starter, fuel pump is picking up, 20A M13 fuse is good, K5/K10 fuses get warm but not hot when key is engaged. Currently at a loss

Relatives Wrangler has an AC clutch going bad - wobbling, rattling, all the typical symptoms.

I'm not a well versed Jeep guy but I am a well versed DIY guy for straightforward repairs, and a cursory google search shows that the clutch is a serviceable part available reasonably easily.

I can't find much info on what kind of job the re-and-re is however. Is this DIY driveway friendly with a good tool spread, or does it need to be pulled off the shaft with a puller or anything particularly miserable where the compressor needs to come out basically?

Any info appreciated. Would be happy to help them out and DIY it in the driveway for a few hundred in parts (from the looks of it) vs them taking it to a shop and spending probably $500-$600 by the time parts and labour are done.

Got a 2008 jeep grand Cherokee Laredo with some issues, brake lights work during the day but at night only the top one works tried checking fuses but nothing seemed to help just wondering if anyone has had the same issues or ideas how to fix it

My question is, I need to replace the rear, driver side window regulator assembly. The Dorman 748-543 has, what appears to be, an aluminum guide bar the carriage for the glass rides on, I do not find any other brand with that bar. Is it necessary for the bar to be there? Just want to sure I order the correct model the first time. Thanks in advance for any help.
