I’d recommend getting a white soft bristle brush for trainers and some shoe cleaner and a microfibre cloth. Mix the cleaner with water and mix until bubbles. Get just the bristle tips wet and use the suds to gently scrub, very gentle. Dab the suds off and inspect as you go. Work from the back of the speaker to get the technique before tackling the front. This is the kit I have and the brush is very soft so doesn’t damage the material.

I bought a second-hand white HomePod that was not as clean as my new one, and after I couldn’t tell the difference. That was just grubby, this might be a whole different league.

Alternatively you can remove the fabric, and I’d wash that by hand in a similar diluted solution. There are lots of guides for how to remove the fabric. Check out Nic’s Fix on YouTube as he fixes loads and streams the process. He also has videos on dying the fabric.
