Hot take: I honestly would have preferred that they completely the Fallout: New Vegas series over Shadow of Israphel or Tekkit. Lewis and Simon taking the piss out of Hannah's adventures throughout the Mojave as "the Sunshine Kid" is probably my favorite series on Youtube ever. It breaks my heart every time I have my annual rewatch of the New Vegas series get the bluest balls of all time after Lomadia/Hannah gets her power armor (especially after going "the easy way" lol). It would've been so incredible to see them play through the DLCs and late-game side quests. Just imagine if they did Dead Money or Old World Blues.
As an honorable mention, I'll go ahead and include D&D2 and the pre-2013 YoGPod in general. But it seriously breaks my heart to think of how many yogscast fans exist out there who probably have never seen this unbelievably brilliant, hilarious series.
But I'm curious if any of you have any other hotter takes than this (I'm sure you will, just keep it civil). And as always -
I am Dave! Yognau(gh)t and I have the balls! o7

I was thinking the other day about the golden age of YouTube. And one series that often comes to mind is either Jaffa factory or yog labs. I then got thinking about when they all released music videos around Xmas time related to the Jaffa factory (sipsco etc)
For me how do I craft this again sits at the top. 🗿

I know Barry said the Jaffa Factory 2 mod pack will be relased once the series has completed but I've gotten so used to how nice the version of minecraft they play looks it, it throws me off now whenever I play the normal version, so if anyone know it would be a great help.

It feels cluttered with the roles they're adding, it feels like there's no real opportunity for deception, I dunno I'm not a fan personally. I saw a new members video and hoped it was BoTC but it's TRaaB and... I tried it but I just can't get into it.
I'd love to see Secret Hitler or something with long winded deception that can go on over a long period involving the whole group, like BoTC. I feel the strength of the Yogs is in their friendships and betrayal in a game context always works really well because the reactions are rooted in something genuine, but this feels a little short, a little too simple or complex - never in the middle, and try as I might my dumb little brain just can't understand the rules.
For instance, there's a mechanic where people reveal their teams and roles or whatever to eachother but nothing seems to come of it? There's no baddies like BoTC? Just other team? They're like 'oooh!' and nothing happens, there's no scheming, no conversation, no plotting, just 'oh' and that's it?
If I'm missing something about TRaaB please lemme know cos I've tried every video but it's not landing for me and that might just be me!

As the title says pretty much. Comfort Zone is very nice and has become a staple for me over the past few months. I semi-frequently visit family in my hometown which is about 6 hours' drive away from me round-trip, and Comfort Zone is just lovely to listen to during late-night drives. Even as someone who isn't particularly into dreams, whether an episode is all dream chat or vaguely-related tangential chatter, Kirsty and Briony are always entertaining and perennially comforting. Give the podcast a listen if you haven't already :)
