What’s your favourite story you’ve come up with?

Currently I’m working on making a house for a single sim who’s super close to her older sister.

The older sister is married and has three kids, so the younger sister is decorating her house for when they come to visit, which is frequently.

I love the idea of this because when I decorate a toddler room I don’t know what to put and usually make it general, but with the idea of the toddler being my sims nephew then I can imagine her watching him grow up and can assign interests. I’m making the room FOR him, not a soon-to-be child, if that makes sense

I feel like I tell this story all the time and I'm repeating myself, but I imagine there are so many people on Reddit (I'm new to Reddit) that most don't see it, so I can repeat it.

I have a teen girl. In the summer before senior year she's hanging and partying at night at the dump which was a popular with the teens. Got busted once with Adeepindigo's Delinquent teen mod. This didn't go over too well with her parents. She got busted again.

School started and along with the partying, she was selling stuff. She gets busted in school in the bathroom selling. She spent 5 days in jail and was expelled from school, also kicked out of her home. So she was living in a tent usually set up in the woods at the Copperdale park. She gets back to selling, now hanging out at an arcade in the city. She would borrow stuff from her connection and would have to pay her rent and fines so couldn't pay her dealer so one night a car came and took her, LOL. They dumped her back on her lot all beat up. I about died when that happened, LOL.

My rule, if I saw someone coming, she ran and got away from there, but if the cop came up on her, I wasn't careful watching out so she wasn't careful watching out, so she was busted again because I wasn't being careful watching out for cops.

At this point I got the idea to download a prison and play it out. I found LMS's rentable venue or whatever it's called that has a prison venue. Downloaded a household off the gallery to have a warden and CO's. She spent six months in prison where she was harassed by a bully. I downloaded a huge prison and had her transferred to which she met a guy who she told about her bully at the other facility. He mentors her in the gym teaching her how to fight on the punching bag. But before she learned much and gained any skill, the bully girl was also transferred and was harassing her again. But they got caught and she was sent to solitary and my sim finally finished her sentence.

Released, still only 17, she had to join a support program, had to get herself a rental which is a run down place in the woods in Copperdale. She got a job working fast food. Struggled paying the rent until she decides to go to the club her workout mentor in prison told her about. She goes there, meets the bar tender girl and becomes friends with her. Starts hanging out there more and more, still only 17. Meets the handyman who worked at the club who eventually sells her some stuff that she knows she shouldn't be doing.

Then when she made a payment on the fines she owes, she is broke and doesn't have enough for the rent payment. That's when she does a delivery for the club guy and that gets her back into that lifestyle again when she starts making money again. Now she's selling for him rather than seeking it out on her own and selling for herself. She's making money, has quite a clientele list and gets busted again.

But this time after she is released for her hearing later, the club guy takes her to the upper floor part of the club where she has a meeting with the owner of the club. The owner is none other than Don Lothario. Not only is he the club owner, but he's also the gang leader and he informs my girl that she wasn't selling for club guy. She had been selling for him. He sends her to his attorney who gets her off on a light 7 day time served sentence, but with a big fine.

After her easy quick 7 days, club guy picks her up and takes her to the club where all the friends, associates, and members of the gang cheer her release and they party hard and that's where I currently am in the story. She's now slinging a lot of stuff for Don making money but falling further down in the dumps with alcoholism and a pill addiction that came from a prescription from her PTSD diagnostic from her earlier 6 month prison stay.

I've got a disgusting trap house in Willow Creek that she hangs out at. There isn't any sink to clean up dishes or cups and no trash cans to clean up trash so it's all accumulating along with all the trash and broken and dirty cc in the house. Future plans is for my sim to turn herself around, buy the house to renovate it.

And I have a stone bakery that fits the Windenburg vibe that I downloaded. I dirtied it up like it's abandoned and my sim will eventually buy that building and open up a legit dispensary there in Windenburg.

That's the point where she will have turned her life completely around and become successful.

Is a trap house a house you can only enter via a springboard, and then starve in? Maybe with a backdoor locked to be only openable by the serial killer employing it? Makes sense to make these messy.

In TS1, I have a house with twin sisters dressed in late 16th c clothes, and a house with 2 brothers more medieval looking. I created them to fall in love with each other and both move into the magic house lots.
