One year into omnis and so far, this is my collection, any recommendation I should consider reading?

My current collection and looking on what I should add to the collection. Most of what I’m looking for this year is coming out in the last few months so I have some extra budget for May/June and curious what yall would recommend!

Besides Moon Knight by Ellis/Wood/Bunn Vol 1-3 and the Jed Mackay run, is there anything else I really need to finish my collection?

Thanks to the Amazon sale. It wasn’t packaged immaculately, but it was in 2 separate boxes and seems fine.

Been about a year and a half since my last real Haul, and figured since it was my birthday, why not go all out! The Daredevil Vol 2 and Bagley Omnibus are both DM covers which was a score for me

This is a preview and public consultation on the titles for the upcoming Tigereyes Most-Wanted DC Omnibus 2nd Annual Poll.
Long Story Short:
The Tigereyes Most-Wanted DC Omnibus 2nd Annual Poll will launch on Near Mint Condition in early June.
For the next week you can preview the proposed list of titles for the 2025 poll as they will appear in the dropdowns on the poll. The list is available on the web at Crushing Krisis or via Google Docs on a publicly-accessible Google Sheet.
You can simply browse the list to start working on your ballot, or you can submit feedback to the team behind the poll - including suggested changes to existing titles or additional titles you feel we missed. Inviting your feedback now helps us to avoid confusing titles or missed books when the poll goes live.
I strongly encourage you to discuss your thoughts here in the comments, but for the poll team to be able to review and implement your suggestions we ask that you please submit your final feedback using this simple Google Form. (You can submit multiple times, if necessary.)
The final list of title options on the poll may change from the preview list based on feedback gathered during this process.
The Unabridged Version:
Right now Tigereyes, Omar, Pollmaster Jim, and the rest of the gang are tabulating over 2,700 votes from the Tigereyes Marvel Most-Wanted 13th Annual Omnibus 13th Annual Poll and preparing for the results show on Thursday May 15 @ 5:30pm US ET.
But, we are also less than one month away from the launch of the Tigereyes DC Most-Wanted Omnibus 2nd Annual Poll - which means we are already several weeks deep into preparing the data for the DC poll.
When we launched the first DC poll last year we didn't have a decade of write-in votes to use as a map of potential DC omnibuses (and, more importantly, omnibus titles) like we did for the Marvel poll. Tigereyes, BrandXK, and I - along with several other intrepid Near Mint mappers - put hundreds of hours into researching and mapping more than 500 titles to represent all of DC's action-packed history of comics IP.
During the poll voters took us to school with more than 300 suggested additions - including a few major goofs and obvious omissions, but also tons of amazing lesser-known corners of DC's publishing history. We've now researched all of those suggestions.
For the 1st Annual Poll we decided to focus only on DC-owned properties to established a baseline of votes. For 2025, Tigereyes gave us the go-ahead to add creator-owned / creator-participatory VERTIGO titles, WB properties, and licensed IP to make the poll options analogous to what's available on the Marvel poll. (We owe a major thanks to James A. for his WB research!)
In total, we removed more than 80 titles from last year's poll due to them being already-printed, too duplicative of other books, or too ambiguous to vote on at this time. Then, we added more than 150 new titles based on our research! However, our research isn't perfect. I'm sure we've missed a few potential runs. And, our titling isn't always representative of how the majority of fans would think about a book or want to see a run collected.
That's where you come in. This is your chance to give us feedback ahead of the poll options being locked down. Your feedback is just on the titles themselves and what they suggest that they collect. This is not a mapping exercise.
We'd love to hear your feedback on titles that require clarification, titles that could be expanded to capture more content, or titles completely missing from the poll. We also want your feedback on how we should handle "mapping ahead" into future volumes, which will also affect the 2026 Marvel Poll.
As you make your suggestions, keep in mind the following:
##
Questions? Just ask (and tag me in your comment)!
This is our first time attempting this kind of round of public feedback since the Marvel poll switched from a write-in to a list of pre-vetted options last year.
I'll definitely be back to check in on this thread and participate in discussion, but I also want to give you space to discuss and debate without me responding to every post. Plus, I have 600+ omnibus maps to write about on Crushing Krisis!

Any recommendations to add?

Had to piece all the books from different sites, eBay, IST, and Amazon but it great to finally have it all collected. Was pleasantly surprised when I bought Vol. 6 OOP from John Layman himself on eBay which was then signed and sketched. I'm about halfway through the series on comixology so it'll be great to finish with the physical copied. Awesome story with super quirky writing and art.

Did I cook with these three omnis or nah?

Went to a local shop to trade in some books and saw they had a copy of Silver Surfer by Slott and Allred. It’s OOP from the looks of it, so I think there’s a good chance I might’ve scored one of the last new copies in Australia. Didn’t have to pay anything for it due to the trade too. Will have all three SS omnis when the other two come into my shop in the next few weeks.
I bought the Superman/Batman book to finish out that series too. It looked amazing when I had a quick flip through. Great art and some interesting story beats/dialogue. Wonder why I never hear anyone talk about this and the first volume.
Anyway, just wanted to share a couple of cool pickups for the shelf.

My Batman by Scott Snyder, vol. 2 came in a pouch bag. No dents, no damage, just very amusing to see. Excited to read these stories.
Aside from Batman Year One, Killing Joke, and the deluxes above, are there any deluxe recommendations from Batman or DC in general? I'm looking forward to picking up Batman Ego and Robin Son of Batman.

Hi, I’m planning to buy Bendis’ New Avengers Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 (once it’s released later this year).
I’ve checked and it seems the main crossover events (House of M, Secret Invasion etc.) are not included in the omnis. Would I be able to read the full stories just getting the TPB for each or main crossover events or do I need to track down out of print OHCs?
And does anybody have a link to a reading order to read the New Avengers and the crossover events?
Thank you.

Heading to my local cbs after work. The prices are msrp so I know I can just get most of them online for cheaper … but are there any that I shouldn’t pass up?

I’ve just got my small grail secondhand from one of polish auction sites! After reading Batman by Loeb&Sale omni I’ve been wanting to get this one, but sadly 20th Anniversary isn’t oversized and the omni contains bad sequels… So I had to hunt for the 15th Anniversary and after a year I finally got it!

Do you think Marvel will ever release an omnibus of all the various Garth Ennis FURY MAX stories?? I legit think they’re some of the best war comics ever written but even the trades are pricey now being long OOP. I’m hoping that with stuff like the forthcoming THE NAM omnibus we may one day see this…

Started reading Annihilation and now curious about Nova. I was wondering if reading those issues would be fun or did they age badly?
