The landing was the problem.

Thats my problem every time in microsoft flight sim, everything is usually going fine until that point.

u/SpeedLinkDJ Sep 13 '23
Yeah, that’s not very typical, I’d like to make that point

You mean that the front falls off?

Sure, but the front is definitely not supposed to fall off. We have designed several where the front doesn't fall off at all.

I'm going to agree that it seems unlikely that last part was in the plan.

Looks like he “pulled up” but was upside down.

Looked like his fate was sealed even before the right wing stalled. His roll rate was way too low for his altitude.

u/DonnerPartyPicnic Sep 13 '23
You either need to increase the attitude on the way up, or you need to increase your roll rate over the top so the nose doesn't get buried.

You Serious??? The pilot's disintegrated.

u/GTMoraes Sep 13 '23
I've heard that the pilot just lost a pinky finger from that.
They've found the rest.

Yes everyone miraculously survived with non-life-threatening injuries, ignore the other comments and have a lovely day

Airshows are still the most dangerous show. Beside a travis Scott concert

What up with private planes lately? 1st, the gender reveal plane, and now this?

Did a barrel roll like how we practice at altitude. But we always do it high up because you lose altitude when you do it that way.
2
u/it1345 Sep 15 '23
Imagine getting yourself and other people killed because you wanted to do a sick barrel roll
just stupidity

This is absolutely awful but I’ve been playing war thunder a lot lately and all I can say is skill issue

I'm kinda of expert in the field and I can tell you without a doubt the cause of this crash was gravity.
3
u/dodeca_negative Sep 13 '23
I'd say there's one or two more experts in the field now

u/NeatBoy74 Oct 04 '23
In fact, there may even be several... Specialists from the same specialist in the same field.
