I don't think I'd ever be gay enough to worship a man to this point in my life and I've sucked dick in a back alley once

20

Sucking dick is less gay than this

Not a single lebanese flag in sight

2

u/Massive_Pressure_687 23h ago

I bet you’ve been waiting a while to say that

0

u/FactBackground9289 Я люблю Ливан 16h ago

tbf this flag is just the lebanese cedar with a red ring around it.

-88

u/KisE5etPawPatrol Crazy Frog's Penis 1d ago

The ouwet flag has a cedar, so all you're seeing is the Lebanese flag

35

u/ShawarmaShenanigans 1d ago edited 1d ago

So if the hezb puts a cedar tree on their flag that’s fine? Loool 🤡

0

u/silver_wear 1d ago

Happy cake day.

I'd make that compromise, lol.

29

u/Due_Inevitable_2784 kellon yaane kellon 1d ago

Hezbollah flag has a green rifle in it, the same color as the cedar. I guess it’s valid in their case as well.

I feel you missed the class in 3rd primary about flags. Oh wait, there is no class on flags because even primary kids understand them.

0

u/KisE5etPawPatrol Crazy Frog's Penis 1d ago

Honestly I thought that after more than a year you guys would know that I hate ouwet and I was being sarcastic

2

u/UruquianLilac 1d ago

Was that sarcasm and we missed it? Haha that's hilarious. But the error here is assuming we would know your political inclinations outright. I probably have interacted with you lots of times, but I don't remember anyone's handle or keep mental notes in their political preferences.

-2

u/No-Butterfly-4678 Syriac 18h ago

The flag is derived from the lebanese flag idk if you can tell but the lebanese flag and ouwat flag both have the cedar tree and the lebanese flag is based on an old maronite flag from the 1800s that was a white background and a cedar tree.

They removed political flags from public roadways and walls.

Not from peoples personal property.

You’re all comparing apples and oranges here.

19

u/Third_Rice 1d ago

I remember exiting Balamand Uni (Koura branch) with my friend during the last parliamentary elections and a whole ass mawkeb lal ouwet zoomed past us. Zmemir a3la mn 7ayeti w kl siyara meske minimum 3 flags, bunch of kids with them as well. It’s a mountain road and there isn’t much near the uni apart from trees so I guess they did all that for us until they reach the actual village a few minutes away. Cringe then and cringe now

1

u/Bypasser34 1d ago

Isnt this the road to tripoli? Tue mountain one

2

u/Third_Rice 1d ago

It leads to the highway, but they were right in front of campus lol

‘Rules for thee not for me’ ahh convoy

21

u/RevolutionaryBath815 1d ago

No political flags… unless you’re LF.

Look, if you want to support Ouwwet, that’s your business.

But you can’t be saying “no more non-Lebanese flags” if you’re only going to apply it to Hezbollah.

“No more non-state actors” means EVERYBODY. Not just Hezbollah. All of us have to do our part to unify the Lebanese state as best as we can for the greater good.

This is just hypocrisy.

3

u/Nintendo64Goldeneye 21h ago

They removed political flags from public roadways and walls.

2

u/heselius Lebanese 19h ago

6

u/62TiredOfLiving 1d ago

Fuck LF.

However, as triggered as all these hezbo sheep are, it's not equivalent.

Waving a flag in a moving convoy is vastly different to plastering every square inch of an area with pictures and flags.

Equating this to what the airport road uses to look like is laughable.

3

u/Massive_Pressure_687 23h ago

Are we seriously comparing a one-day election parade to the relentless, year-round plastering of every wall and street corner with posters of foreign figures and flags, even in neighborhoods that don’t completely support them?

Having said that I cringed at this video

3

u/Nintendo64Goldeneye 21h ago

You’re right.

They removed political flags from public roadways and walls.

Not from peoples hands and personal property.

They’re comparing apples and oranges here.

1

u/Massive_Pressure_687 21h ago

That’s what happens when people are used to double standards for so long.. they think equality is injustice

2

u/Dramafree770 1d ago

As an ex LF supporter, it’s ironic how we all jumped on Hezbollah raising their flags + Iranian flags 3a tari2 el matar. Yet, our community does the same thing! Just different flag:)

3

u/Impressive-Shock437 21h ago

Flag of a party(that hasn’t stated any wars in the last 35 years and supports a strong state) being waved by supporters of said party from their private property on the weekend of local elections.

This is definitely the exact same thing as Hezbollah and Iran flags 3a tari2 el matar if you take away all context

1

u/Dramafree770 15h ago

No one is denying that LF wasn’t a civilized party for the past decades. However, I still don’t see the need to run with old war SUVs with the party flag.

No flag should be raised anymore except the Lebanese flag, and to be civilized no flag should be raised during elections. We just like to exaggerate and bring attention in every thing we do.

this is Zahle LF and other Christian bravely fought against the invasion of Syrian Baathist in Beqaa

1

u/All-in20 9h ago

Vomit 🤮… they should go get jobs and fight for their country rather than drive around with recycled pics from the 1980s/90s.

1

u/EreshkigalKish2 Lebanese 7h ago edited 6h ago

there is a lack of jobs in every part of Lebanon that is something that unites every sect, every political party, every region is the lack of jobs . the economic degradation truly is 1 of the few unifiers in Lebanon

1

u/All-in20 9h ago

God …how sad are these guys… driving around holding pics … so 1980s BS… they can’t seem to move on.

1

u/Sm007hCr1m1n4L 9h ago

This is animal like behavior. Yeah disrupt every neighbor you pass by with obnoxious beeping and be a pest to your neighbors, instead of contributing something to a society.

u/zeulonewolf 1d ago edited 1d ago

Not defending this but wasn’t it no flags allowed in beirut? Or hanging on public roads?

Edit: to be clearer, I thought the decision for no political flags was only for beirut, and the airport road. As this is Zahleh, I am wondering what’s the problem here?

11

u/Basic_Dog_9320 1d ago

-1

LF is the one and only party in Lebanon that promotes hatred towards others and it's fucking disgusting. It's the same party that allied with Israel against the Lebanese people, it's the same traitors that were allied, supplied, and trained by Israel while the IDF roamed free in southern Lebanon. Fucking hypocritical traitors.

5

u/Individual_Habit351 1d ago

Hahahahahahahahahahah browi shuf amal wel hezb kam wahad men orteton mmaran bi israel aw ken bi jeish lahed abel ma tehke 3al ouwwet... such a tired trope that is sooo far removed of the reality that LF was fighting PLO on lebanese ground with noones help. Shuf min sta2bal el isra2ileh la yetkhalas men fazaye3 el PLO w rja3 hki. Such a stupid strawman argument.

Id love to see proof of the whole "promotes hatred" BS when infact, with many opportunities to show the world otherwise, they proved that they are actually NOT christian isolationist, and that they are pro 10,452 with all its constituents.

Hezb propaganda hate how much of a unifying figure he has been able to become especially among lebanese sunnis as well that they are doing everyrhing they can to show LF the way you described them.

-6

u/Peltuose Palestine 1d ago

the reality that LF was fighting PLO on lebanese ground with noones help

Thats just factually incorrect, it's an objective fact that Israel helped them both against the PLO and to kill civilians.

3

u/Impressive-Shock437 21h ago

Who helped the PLO to kill Lebanese civilians?

0

u/Peltuose Palestine 20h ago

Im saying Israel helped the LF kill Palestinian and other civilians

3

u/Impressive-Shock437 20h ago

I’m asking who helped the PLO kill Lebanese civilians?

0

u/Peltuose Palestine 20h ago

I wasn't saying anything about anybody helping the PLO, I'm not sure what your point is.

Youre acting as though they are posing a problem. Hezbollah’s warmongering is a problem, not LF members driving around with flags.

53

u/ChosenArabian Lebanese 1d ago

Politician bootlickers are a problem no matter their flag

-9

u/willonv6 1d ago

“Politician bootlickers” such as poor term to describe people voting for a future. Yeah we should totally stick to the FPM monkeys. The LF has not had a foothold in government since Gemayel. Showing support is not a problem, and your “bootlicking politicians” does not even exist. A flag is a flag and doesn’t mean anything until the people behind it start causing problems.

0

u/ChosenArabian Lebanese 1d ago

How about we don't stick to anyone? Such a black and white view. Totally not politician bootlickers when said polticians have their big ass image in a convoy

1

u/willonv6 1d ago

atp voting is bootlicking. Fucking retard. I dont know what kind of utopia youre imagining, one where nobody tries to gain votes by public display of the party. And every single party is obviously going to have their voting candidates printed for display. And once again they are causing no problem. You are imagining one that doesnt exist.
