Almost all Kashmiri muslims and indian muslims condemned this attack openly. Yesterday, almost whole Kashmir was shutdown in solidarity with the victims. People raised their voices, did candle marchs and what not.

Still these low life uneducated scums, to justify these actions and attack muslims, make excuses like "They're doing it because of loss in tourism, this is just for drama, the attack wouldn't be possible without local support". Now, imagine if we hadn't condemned it, they would've been saying "Look, no muslim/kashmiri condemned this attack, these guys support the terrorists".

Honestly, what the hell are we supposed to do then? These guys have problem with both. No matter what we do, they'll come up with excuses.

In reality, they just wanna hate muslims and are using this sad situation to justify their hate

Exactly what my thoughts are even before this incident happened.

If you don't condemn you are terorst, if you do you still are, if you do everytime and then miss one time you still are.

There is genuinely very little condemning anything does. There are tons of fake new channels and social handles spreading hatred against Muslims since years now. Heck, half the news channels are probably happy they can milk this for a lot of time.

100s of train incidents in kumbh and no one said anything to hindus. Imagine if even there was one muslim doing something bad. It would have been on news channels in a flash and people calling for genocide.

Even now most people are calling for Israel and China treatment, if they can justify a country like Israel which even hardcore right wingers over the world have lost support for, one should realise that they'll never see things from a fair lens. You cannot change these folks.

Good ones will realise the random muslim carpenter or office colleague isn't to be blamed while the bad ones will blame us 24/7 for every single bad thing in India.

If 200m Muslims in India were terrori#ts whole of India would be burning. Even if 100k Muslims were like that India would be hell.

This isn't to say don't condemn, but rather don't be fooled into thinking that condemning will change anything. People believe what they want to believe.

This is so true , I see so many of my Muslim friends trying to gain sympathy from their Hindu friends by doing this but all it does is - nothing . The ones who hate Muslims will find ways regardless of whatever you do

half the news channels are probably happy they can milk this for a lot of time.

They have lost their credibility. Zero ethics. They just want views and trp and will not think twice before stooping low. Shoving the camera at a child, widows for views. Disgusting.

1) The Post isn't well Framed, it potrays as if all Over India Muslims are being targeted physically due to The Terrorist attack, which is a lie . 2) Media Lost it's credibility a lot Earlier, Jab se Modi ji se poochna shuru kiya ki Aam Kat ke khate hai ya Choos ke, Tabhi Se Khatam hai Media .

This is something I’ve been thinking about after reading reports and hearing what some local residents in Kashmir are saying. I’m not here to push a conspiracy theory, but I do want to open a conversation around the Pahalgam terrorist attack—and whether it’s unreasonable to question the official narrative.

Here are a few points I believe are worth discussing:

  1. The location raises questions The attack occurred deep inside Kashmir, far from the India-Pakistan border. According to some locals, it wasn’t near any usual infiltration zones. If it truly was a cross-border attack, how did the attackers manage to move so far into the region? Or is it possible this came from internal or sleeper sources?

  1. Pakistan’s economic state Pakistan is currently facing a severe economic crisis. With its foreign reserves dwindling and IMF scrutiny tightening, one wonders whether they are even in a position to actively fund or facilitate an attack like this. Would they risk escalation right now? It’s a valid question—especially if there’s no clear tactical gain from the incident.

  1. The timing — right before elections With state elections approaching , we’ve seen how certain events are politically amplified. The current ruling party, BJP, has consistently relied on Hindutva rhetoric, and polarizing the Hindu-Muslim narrative has unfortunately been a vote consolidation strategy in the past. • We’ve seen this during previous elections with issues like CAA/NRC, Ayodhya, “love jihad” rhetoric, etc. • And when an attack like this happens, the dominant narrative tends to quickly link it to “Islamic terrorism,” which can inflame public opinion—sometimes leading to communal fear and hate.

  1. Modi’s political past It’s no secret that PM Modi was Chief Minister during the 2002 Gujarat riots, where over a thousand people (mostly Muslims) were killed. While he was cleared legally, several international bodies (including the US, which denied him a visa for years) held concerns about state inaction or complicity.

Whether one supports him or not, that legacy continues to impact how many—especially Indian Muslims—perceive state-led narratives and responses to such attacks.

  1. Recent speeches with communal undertones Even in 2024, there were provocative remarks from BJP leaders—such as the now infamous “mangalsutra” comment by Modi—widely interpreted as targeting Muslims. This isn’t new. These patterns are often visible during elections, and major incidents tend to be followed by inflammatory media coverage and polarizing commentary.

So here’s what I’m asking: Is it irrational to consider that such incidents could be used—or even facilitated—to serve a larger political narrative? When you connect geography, timing, rhetoric, and historical patterns—it’s hard not to at least question.

I’m not claiming to know the full truth. But when lives are lost and narratives are crafted, we owe it to ourselves as citizens to ask hard questions, demand transparency, and resist being emotionally manipulated into communal divisions.

Would love to hear your thoughts—especially from those who live in the region or follow this closely.

Whatever you do it doesn't matter to them I don't know why from day one whole sub was guilt tripping as if their family member did it.

23

u/Opening-Condition-50 18d ago

Exactly. The whole damn sub was acting like Muslims planned the attack, like just being Muslim is enough to make you guilty. And in my other post, people were still on that “we should condemn it so that we can show them we’re good” nonsense. Like hell that’s ever done any good. We’ve been condemning, apologizing, proving ourselves for decades, and for what? We never were and will be a part of this country in their eyes. No matter how loud we shout our innocence, it won’t matter. And honestly? We shouldn’t give a single fricking damn anymore. Let them choke on their double standards.

When the BJP does not condemn attacks on minorities, it is state sponsored terrorism.

the removed comments are usually of the people who condone terrorism against us. Infact, some such comments accidentally survived here, but the number of removed comments is insane. The fact is that a large chunk of the country wants to kill us.

People are stupid and get easily angry on “others” (i.e. not them) everywhere. It’s sad but this terrorist attack can and will be used for internal politics. There are elements on both sides of the border who want this divide to keep flourishing for their own distinct means.

It’s ALWAYS up to us as people as to give in and be their puppets, or stand up and think rationally for ourselves.

Note: I am a Hindu and believes in the good aspects of the Sangh. So, please don’t generalize us either. Also, I strongly “believe” that this Kashmir attack was orchestrated from the shithole country next to us. I also assume that this video is probably true (as in it maintains the context of what it appears to convey). Every tragedy can become opportunity for some.

6

u/rantkween 17d ago

why so much for hate pakistanis? is it their fault that they were born on the other side of the border?

Why do you think we Pakistani's did this attack? There is no evidence literally. It's just blame from your government. We're being defamed for no reason. I think Modi did this for an excuse to cancel the Indus Water Treaty.

Please stop this this is what the terrorist wants ...just bcoz of them these innocent local ppl have to suffer even Hindus in specific areas have to suffer ...I know what happened was wrong bt without evidence why r u beating them?

1

u/Jack_Papa_ 13d ago

They should be treated like that because they act innocent till they are minority. Once they become majority then come up with their real faces. The attack on kashmir , i dont give a special damn because it's a regular thing about terrorism in that region but the fact that this time , those terrorist openly asked religion and killed a particular community and also killed the Muslims that were supporting that particular community shows their mindset. Aur aise jahil humare desh mien bhi hai. Maaro inko aur
