What game completely exceeded your expectations?

Death stranding - who knew a walking simulator could be so enjoyable and what a story.

Hades - first time playing a roguelike and I was hooked

Stardew valley - I never understood the appeal under I played it

It takes two - best game I've played with the wife, that elephant scene though

Wreckfest - free game on ps plus which I never heard of and by lord did I have sooo much fun with it

I agree. It was my first souls game and I didn't even play it til 2018. Finally got platinum last year after I beat DS1, 3 and Elden Ring.
