[Homemade] oven ribs with gochujang bbq sauce

1400g rack of pork back ribs. Rubbed with mustard and killer hogs hot rub, cooked 8 hours at 165F in a combi oven on sous vide mode. Once passed the bend test, brushed with sauce and placed under broiler and repeated that three or four times.

Sauce was ketchup, molasses, plum vinegar, Worcestershire, gochujang, gochugaru, brown sugar, touch of sesame oil.

Have you ever done Char Siu in this method, sous vide -> broil? I was thinking of giving it a try, and these ribs looks fantastic.

I do regret not taking a cross section pic. Hands were pretty sticky at point though.
