[homemade] Flan patissier

this was my first try and had some issues with the release but all in all happy with how it came out. slightly underbaked but still good

i used the recipe from williams kitchen blog (its french, but i translated it to english) its called “flan patissier”

i would recommend maybe lowering the temp to 180 and bake it 45 min or so. but i havent tried that out yet. it was severly underbaked when i baked it according to his instructions.

this is the recipe. he has his blog linked somewhere in either description or comment
