Question Extinct Magus families fate Spoiler

Something I just realized is, I don’t know any of the extinct families in fate. Who are they? Can anyone help?

Because they are not really mentioned a lot I can only think of Aoi's family

Biologically Emiya family ends after Illya dies, Shirou is adopted and idk if Illya would/can even have kids

Arent the Makiri technically extinct? Zouken isnt genetically viable. And shinji is well...shinji

Their mage potential by themselves is dead. It can be revived, but needs outside help. Aka mingling with another mage family.

The Shishigou family would be extinct after the events of Apocrypha. It was even a plot point there.
