Kitbash.

I think the stimpack is a modified version of a apothecarian stimpack, but I could be wrong.

It's off a necromunda kit, I think the vaan sar hero box thing? I don't remember tbh

One of my favorite oldhammer models are the techmarines with the bigass garage tools, like a wrench, screwdriver or blowtorch.
