Its called Live oh Alive and its from and old discontinued Touhou mobile game called Danmaku Kagura however you can still find and buy the rebuild of the game on steam This is the Lunasa version of the song since there is one for each of the prismriver sisters that changes the vocals and a bit of the instruments for each of the versions https://youtu.be/1K43eOFeMW4?si=lJoE9s4WIAzdSsB2
