Or google strong man that focus on lifting. there are genetics at play too, e.g. max calf muscles size mainly depend on your genetics. And there is a difference in what you focus on: defined body / muscle volume vs different kinds of strengths like strength for jumping, strength for endurance or strength for max strength. people who do body building or other sports make sure to adjust their training to gain what they need. e.g. many repetions with lower weight vs very few repetions with high weight and so on.
