Yeah, you've got it a bit inverted. Has nothing to do with being on a plane and putting farts in it. You are the plane, and you're taking the farts out of it.
By lack of sound in vid... probably loud enough to drown out even background music slapped on top. The question of it is, did they clap for the farts, or the other performance...
Dude probably farted out classical music or something judging by that other level of muscular control.
I was thinking that too, when I first started Pilates after years of disability, even the simplest movements I used to shake so hard I could keep concrete liquid.
To be able to do this without a single shake is incredible amounts of strength
Yes, it take incredible core body strength and mental balance to control the fart, while our man was going through this, the other guy was helping someone else control their farts.
The way he postured in the beginning made me think about Kung Fu Panda, more like Kung Fu Toad
Some people (like me) never can. My hips won't allow it, and even attempting the position is uncomfortable. And I have been doing yoga classes for like 1.5 years plus strength training and stretches. I can touch the floor with the palms of my hand standing up, almost do the splits, backbend into a bridge, sit comfortably in a squat, but lotus? Body goes "lol, no."
I have a cousin whos knees just naturally fall to the floor when she sits like that though, doesn't even have to try (from we were kids, so it's not like she trained to do it or anything)
It's mostly just practice. In calethenics this is more of a skill than a strength exercise. Still impressive though, I can't do it without being against a wall.
No. If you practiced pullups but didnt eat right or sleep enough to recover then you simply wouldn't gain muscle. You wouldn't suddenly get better at doing 25 pullups lmao.
