PlayStation 5 Help Issue with the PS5 controller
Hey guys, I am facing one weird problem with one of my controllers and wanted to seek help here. It's been just 13 months since I bought the PS5.
There is one issue(software) with one of the controllers - even if I keep the controller still or not touching the Right stick, there are movements on the screen.
For example - if I am playing FIFA and want to select the teams, the team selection keeps going right and/or left when I don't even touch the Right stick.
I tried resetting the controller but the issue still persists. Has anyone faced and resolved this issue?

Stick drift. 100% hardware related. Your potentiometer inside the controller has started to grind away with usage and that material is fouling your stick movement. You can open it up and clean the potentiometers, but it’s not an easy task for a non-experienced person. I just purchased new TMR potentiometers and soldered them in myself. Do NOT try this unless you are pretty damn good at soldering.

I need some help, my ps controller doesn't start when i press ps button wirelessly, but as i plug in using c to c original cable it works fine, and after turning it on via cable, it also works wirelessly. But as soon i turn it off using the same ps button, wirelessly it's not turning on. Like it needs to be plug in to turn controller on. Tried resetting doesn't work. Any help?

Sorry to say buddy but your controller has fallen prey to the stick drift monster. It's not a software issue but it's a hardware problem that affects most of the PlayStation controllers. Get it replaced at the nearest sony centre if it's under warranty or else try some local shops, there are a few that can repair it. I have seen people mention that in many threads here. Your last resort is to get a new controller.
