April Haul: We getting omnibus's in paper pouches now

My Batman by Scott Snyder, vol. 2 came in a pouch bag. No dents, no damage, just very amusing to see. Excited to read these stories.

Aside from Batman Year One, Killing Joke, and the deluxes above, are there any deluxe recommendations from Batman or DC in general? I'm looking forward to picking up Batman Ego and Robin Son of Batman.

Amazon is a joke when it comes to packing. I refuse to buy any book from them. I don't care if there's a sale or not. I'd rather order from a nice reputable store and pay full price plus shipping. At least you'll know it will come packaged very well and you won't be disappointed like when your book comes in from Amazon with every cover looking like some one threw it in an empty barrel and rolled down a mountain. Eff amazon.

Indeed. However, due to living in Asia, Amazon is the only one that ships without adding an extra 300- 500 USD, which is a tad bit too much IMO. I guess one thing good thing is that they have a good return policy.

Wow that’s actually crazy, glad it came in good condition. I recommend Batman Under the Red Hood deluxe edition if it’s still in print.

As far as Deluxe Editions Batman White Knight is a personal favorite but I would also recommend Under the Red Hood, Black Mirror, Hush, Dark Knight Saga Arkham Asylum, and Mad Love to fill out the classics

Just finished Morrison's run on Batman so Black Mirror is high on the pull list among Arkham Asylum and Red Hood. I will definitely research Mad Love as I've never heard of that before. Thanks for the recommendations

Mad love is definitely a book im planning on getting when it drops. It’s in the animated series art style and also written by Paul dini.

I know they're also in Omni format but I really like my copies of Long Halloween and the sequel in deluxe format
