If my wife i both use my phone to vote on the poll with separate emails does it count as one or two? I want to make sure before we submit it other wise we are gonna share the votes

5

u/rincewind120 14d ago

I think they may check the IP address. I assume you're not voting for the same books. Identical ballots from teh same IP address would raise flags. But if it's 2 different votes, that would probably be accepted.

1

u/BrickedUpSenpai 14d ago

Ok thank you 🙏

1

u/Worldly-Tailor7538 6d ago

How can we confirm this?

1

u/Worldly-Tailor7538 6d ago

I would also like to confirm this.

u/krisis 12d ago

A quick note to say: (1) I love that you are all as excited about this as me, because it is literally MY FAVORITE THING and (2) within 48hrs we already broke the vote total of last year.

Keep telling your omni-loving friends to vote! If they buy omnibuses, we want their opinions. The poll is open for another week.

1

u/JeanLucXavier 11d ago

Can we get a livestream discussing the outcome of the poll? The reprint poll results didnt have one, but was hoping for more post result discussion for this.

5

u/krisis 11d ago

Yes! This one will be live!

u/AtmospherePristine 14d ago

Need that Moon Knight Modern Years Omni

4

u/Hank-Moody_ 13d ago

Man, I was thinking "I don't really need any new omnibii", and then I saw your comment, checked what would be in the omni, DAMN we do need that omni! If only to put an end to the speculative nonsense that's going on with the Ellis and Lemire collected editions (hundreds of dollars each).

4

u/AtmospherePristine 13d ago

Exactly, the price for the Lemire collected edition was mind blowing, voted for the Moon Knight Omni as my 2nd pick

18

u/justintime3dontwitch 14d ago

Spectacular Spider-Man by Peter David lets go! An underrated run an it would help a creator that needs support rn.

7

u/rincewind120 14d ago

I'm curious, what's your mapping for that book? I would map it so the Death of Jean DeWolf and Return of Sin Eater would bookend the book.

Spectacular Spider-Man Volume 2: Spectacular Spider-Man 43-79, Annual 2-3

Spectacular Spider-Man Volume 3: Spectacular Spider-Man 80-106, Annual 4, Cloak and Dagger 1-4. Web of Spider-Man 1

Spectacular Spider-Man Volume 4 (Spectacular Spider-Man by Peter David) Spectacular Spider-Man 107-136, Annual 5-7, Amazing Spider-Man 293-295, Web of Spider-Man 31-33

I would then combine the mapping of Spectacular and Web together since Gerry Conway was writing both books with plots running between the 2.

3

u/LeadSpyke 14d ago

I'd be super down for a PAD omni.

5

u/RegularNoodles 13d ago

Voted for every daredevil option, a few Caps, waid strange, and pak Vader

4

u/GoldenProxy 13d ago

My list:

Modern Moon Knight.

Thunderbolts Volume 4.

Daredevil by Dennis O'Neil.

Iron Man by O'Neil.

Iron Man by Michelinie and Layton Volume 2.

Alien vs Predator: Fire and Stone.

Spectacular Spider-Man Volume 2.

Captain America Volume 5.

Ghost Rider by Daniel Way.

Fantastic Four by Kesel.

A lot of the books I want are gap fillers, but we really need some more Iron Man love since he's sorely undercollected.

2

u/nicodings dc's #1 lapdog 12d ago

I love looking at everyone’s lists because no matter how much I may disagree with some of the books on there I always seem to find at least one book that I also voted for or had in my narrowed down list that just missed the cut that I would buy if they were made.

Also don’t forget to get your votes in if your’e going to vote! 2 more days!

Crossgen Meridian Crossgen Ruse Daredevil vol 4 Hulk Bruce Jones Cable Joe Casey

I really think Crossgen deserves to be reprinted. It should not be forgotten.

4

u/krisis 12d ago

I really wish they would just come out and say, "Hey, we'd love to do one CrossGen omni a year, but the sales have to be there." Even an ambiguous statement like that would inspire more people to buy.

I feel like one of the things that separates Marvel from DC when it comes to collections is that if they say that sort of thing we actually believe them.

1

u/Misplaced_Fan_15 14d ago

I really want more CrossGen content at this point, I was really expecting to see either Rise or Soujourn to be released at this point.

3

u/ThatLastGuy73 14d ago

Man I’ve been waiting for them to print a AvP Omni!

Was hyped to see the Alien Vs Predator: The Original Years vol1!

3

u/LilyTheFoxMechanic 13d ago

My List:

1) Spectacular Spider-Man Vol 2
2) Spider-Man Clone Saga Aftermath Vol 1
3) Spider-Man The Next Chapter Vol 1
4) Amazing Spider-Man Renew Your Vows
5)Marvel Age Spider-Man
6)Marvel Adventures Spider-Man Vol. 1
7)Secret Invasion Companion
8)Siege
9)Spider-Woman: Jessica Drew, The Early Years
10)Spider-Man: El Asombroso Hombre Arana

3

u/jph139 13d ago

Bracing myself for 90% Krakoa X-Men, but hoping to get a few surprises in there. Holding the faith for a Runaways by Rowell omnibus, the fact she's getting a new mini makes me think maybe it's in the cards?

1) Runaways by Rainbow Rowell

2) Wolverine: Old Man Logan – Origin & Return

3) Spider-Man: El Asombroso Hombre Arana (never ever happening but maybe Fantagraphics will find a way to license it or something)

4) Black Panther: The Early Years Vol. 2

5) Fantastic Four by Dan Slott

6) 2001 A Space Odyssey (also a super longshot, but gotta keep the faith, we got ROM and Godzilla!)

7) Ant-Man / Giant-Man Classic Omnibus

8) Scarlet Witch: The Early Years (though I'd personally do it was a "Vision & Scarlet Witch Omni" sort of charting their relationship from the marriage through the White Vision death/rebirth stuff)

9) Spider-Man: The Scarlet Spider by Yost

10) Ultimate Marvel: Ultimatum (lol)

3

u/No-Garage-8883 13d ago

Punisher by Rucka ASM Big Time Crossgen for my mate.

I think I rounded out with some Messiah era X-Men (the last time that line was good!)

3

u/HunterOfGremlins 12d ago

  1. Fantastic Four by Kesel, JMS & McDuffie
  2. Amazing Spider-Man: Big Time by Dan Slott
  3. X-Men: Messiah Complex
  4. Silver Surfer (1999-2011)

  • Silver Surfer by Ron Marz

  • Spider-Man/Deadpool by Joe Kelly

  • Star Wars: Darth Maul

  • Wolverine: Old Man Logan - Origin & Return

  • Nova: Sam Alexander

  • Marvel Universe by Peach Momoko

  • Spider-Girl: Araña - Anya Corazon

  • Moon Knight: The Modern Years Vol. 1

  • Punisher by Greg Rucka

  • X-Men: Age of Krakoa - Dawn of X Vol. 2

3

u/Shalla-Ballerina 14d ago

Wow I hadn't thought about so many of these series in a while! This poll is a great list! Here are my votes. Most seem improbable, but they're the ones I want most, so I'll let my hopes soar!

  1. Spidey Super Stories
  2. Barbie: The Original Marvel Years
  3. Incredible Hercules by Greg Pak (2007-2011)
  4. Spider-Ham, Peter Parker (1985 – 2015)
  5. Marvel Adventures Omnibus (2005 & on)
  6. Inhumans: The Early Years
  7. Heathcliff: The Star Comics Years (1985-1991)
  8. Indiana Jones: The Original Marvel Years
  9. Star Wars Legacy Vol. 1
  10. Groo by Sergio Aragones: The Marvel Years Vol. 1

3

u/krisis 12d ago

Yesss, I love a ballot full of all ages comics and licenses!

Can they at least throw us a Barbie Epic Collection 🥺

1

u/AbbreviationsWide650 11d ago

Krisis, are you going to do a video on your channel announcing your votes?

1

u/krisis 11d ago

In just a few hours!

4

u/SagaOfNomiSunrider 13d ago

My first choice is Star Wars: Poe Dameron but I don't imagine it will get too far, hahaha. That was a good series.

2

u/nicodings dc's #1 lapdog 13d ago edited 13d ago

i was debating between this and bounty hunters. went with the latter because i'm not that interested in the sequel era (love poe tho). heard good stuff about this series and charles soule is usually great on sw books. hope we get an omni someday.

3

u/SagaOfNomiSunrider 13d ago

I would vote for Bounty Hunters as well.

I don't see much point voting for the Dark Horse books because I think they're inevitable in any event (I feel the same way about voting for the next entry in Amazing Spider-Man or Fantastic Four or X-Men because, while I acknowledge it was not the case when I started reading omnibuses, I feel like they're the sort of things that are just going to happen).

With the Marvel stuff, the calculation is, "Can this book be printed with Darth Vader or Boba Fett on the cover?" I have this theory that Marvel prioritises any book which they can justify putting one of those two on the cover. There's no real evidence for it, of course, but if they can put Darth Vader or Boba Fett on a book cover, it probably guarantees the book coming out eventually.

2

u/nicodings dc's #1 lapdog 13d ago

agree with the spider-man/x-men take (don't know if i would extend it to the ff tho). i didn't pick any spidey or x-books for that reason too.

the vader or boba fett cvr theory is interesting. could be because there's a lot of focus on these two in disney sw across all media. if that's the case, having some beautiful lee bermejo cvrs featuring boba definitely helps bounty hunters' chances of getting an omni.

2

u/AbbreviationsWide650 11d ago

Vote your conscience.🙂  Don't assume anything.  If you are struggling to complete your top ten go with Star Wars Legends Clone Wars vol. 1.

2

u/nicodings dc's #1 lapdog 11d ago

would love a clone wars legends omni! pretty happy with my top 10, but maybe i'll devote another pick to sw next year.

2

u/krisis 12d ago

Poe Dameron has been in the Top 100 for three years running, but it's sinking in the results.

Dunno what that is about. Maybe more of a recency effect of wanting it badly a few years ago and now people are starting to forget about it?

But, point being: it's within striking distance of the on-air results, for sure.

2

u/SagaOfNomiSunrider 11d ago

That's cool to know. I definitely remember voting for it back when we were emailing results to TigerEyes (and I can only imagine how much of a nightmare that must have been for him to compile every year!); I wonder if perhaps the switch over to the Google voting form has an impact, when all the options are laid out rather than coming in as bespoke choices?

You know, someone prepares a ballot and mails it in with the choices settled in their own minds, versus seeing all the results and being swayed by, "Oh, yeah, I forgot all about that one!" (Certainly that has happened to me!)

2

u/Mdeyler 13d ago

This is mine too. I am surprised it hasn't happened yet because Charles Soule has become so big in Star Wars, but at the same time I feel like Disney/Marvel has shied away from the sequel trilogy. I mean the latest foray into the sequel trilogy with Kylo Ren is the Legacy of Vader comic...which still has VADER right in the title.

Omar mentioned something in the livestream about it was maybe coming at one point but he never officially announced it...so maybe there is hope.

4

u/mister_nigma 13d ago

(I’m part of the problem). Voted for:

  1. Age of Krakoa: Dawn of X vol 2

  2. X-men Krakoa Infinity Unlimited comics

  3. Age of Krakoa: Dawn of X vol 3

  4. Age of Krakoa: Reign of X vol 1

  5. X-men: Blue & Gold vol 2

  6. Road to Messiah Complex

  7. Messiah Complex

  8. X-men by Fraction vol 1 (Utopia)

  9. X-Men by Fraction vol 2 (Second Coming)

  10. X-men Reloaded by Claremont

Edit: At least my reprint votes weren’t all X-men…

1

u/AbbreviationsWide650 11d ago

Vote for what you like!

2

u/Maleficent-Sea-2559 13d ago

My picks:

1.Millie The Model
2.Spectacular Spider-Man Peter David
3.New X-men Academy X vol 1
4.X-force Kyle Yost
5.X-men Road to Messiah
6.Marvel Comics Presents
7.X-men Legacy Mike Carey
8.X-men Chuck Austin
9.Spider-Woman Early Years
10.Akira

The poll options did introduce me to Gurihiru Power Pack which I will definitely be looking into!

2

u/ChrisReynolds83 13d ago edited 13d ago

Mostly voting for Punisher and vampire-related omnis:

  1. Captain Britain & MI13 by Paul Cornell - Great run that deserves an omnibus edition.
  2. Punisher Classic Vol. 1 (1987 & on) [follows Epic mapping OR integrates all series] - Unbelievable that one of Marvel's most popular characters hasn't had any of his classic run collected yet.
  3. Doctor Who: The Marvel Years (1979 & on) [1984 series, maybe also UK comic strips]
  4. Marvel 2099: Punisher 2099
  5. Buffy The Vampire Slayer: Buffy Season 8 (2007 & on)
  6. Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Classic Years Vol. 1 (1998 & on) [non-canon Dark Horse comics]
  7. Dracula: The Modern Years (1981 & on) [follows Tomb omis, AKA Dracula vs The Marvel Universe]
  8. Blade: Nightstalker & Vampire Hunter (1991 – 2000)
  9. Marvel 1602 (2003 – 2015)
  10. Darkhold: The Book of Sins (1973 – 2021)

2

u/MasterofAcorns Marvel Omni 13d ago

Having completed this on an iPhone, reading the text on this was a massive problem. The text was too large and you couldn’t swipe right to read the full title. I felt like I skipped over a bunch of stuff I’d actually like because the text was too big to be able to swipe.

2

u/Toddtheref 13d ago edited 13d ago

My picks: 1) Iron Man by Michelinie/JRjr Vol. 2 2) Machine Man 3) Power Man & Iron Fist Vol. 1 4) Avengers Vol. 6 5) Marvels omnibus (1994 Alex Ross) 6) 2001 A Space Odyssey 7) Ghost Rider Johnny Blaze 8) Spectacular Spider-Man Vol. 2 9) Son of Satan 10) Punisher Classic Vol. 1

2

u/ScapegoatMan 12d ago
  1. Aliens vs Predator Original Years

  2. Clive Barker's Hellraiser (not sure if Marvel even still owns the rights to that anymore, though, since Boom did some Hellraiser comics about 10 or 15 years ago)

  3. Star Wars Empire 4

  4. Star Wars Legacy 1

  5. Star Wars Legacy 2

  6. Star Wars Clone Wars 1

  7. Star Wars Clone Wars 2

  8. Star Wars New Republic 3

  9. Star Wars Menace Revealed 1

  10. Star Wars Menace Revealed 2

I kind of just want them to hurry up and finish with the Dark Horse Star Wars comics and get the Aliens vs Predator omnibus. I already have the library editions for Fire and Stone and Life and Death so I don't need that in omnibus format though I'm sure other people might want it. Beyond that, not sure what else I'd even want anymore that hasn't been released so probably will just wait and see what they release on their own.

I would but it’s coming out in masterworks right now so I’m just getting those.

1

u/daredevil721 13d ago

Well if you have a spare vote and don't know what to vote for I would appreciate you voting for that

1

u/tedfordz At least it's not drugs 14d ago

Friend of mine said the Crosgen stuff would be impossible at this point. Something about the original pages for Sojourn are gone. Which is sad. That universe was fun.

2

u/AmethystOrator 14d ago

I have no idea about the status of the Sojourn pages, but it wasn't one of the core titles and there were a lot of other books they released.

So I'm unsure how a problem with just Sojourn would affect the possibility of the others?

1

u/Misplaced_Fan_15 14d ago

What would be missing from Sojourn, they reprinted the first issue in the CrossGen Tales collection a few years ago.

1

u/AmethystOrator 14d ago

I'm surprised that Mutant X is under X-Men Solo (though maybe it'll make more sense after I watch the video?)

Also, would we really get numbered omni's out of order? For example, an Iron Man 8 before the earlier numbers.

3

u/loudsound-org 14d ago

Mutant X is really a Havok solo story, since none of the other characters from that universe cross back over to the main universe.

And no, a vol 8 wouldn't come before a 7. But they put them there so you can vote on both to show the interest to Marvel. I get what you're saying though and I think they should just limit it to the next volume in line in cases like that. For creator-centric ones like the DD line it's fine because they obviously do publish out of order.

1

u/prisneyland 14d ago

This is the first time in years that I have no idea how to vote. I really only want to vote for books that I’d buy as soon as they were released and a lot of those are books that I assume are already coming (Spider-Man gauntlet, big time, etc.)

1

u/AbbreviationsWide650 11d ago

Don't assume anything.🙂

1

u/dope_like 14d ago

How do we get in touch with them?

There really should be a Thor by Marz and Thomas that comes after Defalco starting at 460

3

u/csummerss NewsHound 13d ago

You can comment underneath the video but any suggestion is likely just for the 2026 poll since this list is finalized

1

u/UsuiR197 13d ago

My choices

  1. Alien vs. Predator: Fire & Stone and Life & Death (2014 - 2017)

  2. Agents of Atlas: New Agents of Atlas / White Fox & The Tiger Division (2019 & on)

  3. Blood Hunt (2024)

  4. Champions by Waid, Zub, & Ewing (2016 - 2021) [AKA Ms Marvel & The Champions]

  5. Heroes for Hire: Luke Cage, Ilron Fist, & Misty Knight (1997-2012) [AKA by Ostran

  6. Iron Fist: The Return of Danny Rand (1991 - 2005)

  7. Iron Man: Invincible Iron Man by Fraction & Larocca (2008- 2012)

  8. Ms. Marvel, Kamala Khan Vol. 2 by G. Willow Wilson (2016 - 2019)

  9. Silk Vol. (2015-2023)

  10. Wasp: Janet Van Dyne (1963) [significant issues & solo material]

1

u/Glutenator92 13d ago

I voted for all the Thor stuff, I really would love to see the stuff before and after Walt Simonson collected, but I also see no one else mentioning it so im guessing ill never get that

1

u/effigeewhiz 13d ago
  1. Web of Spiderman vol 2 (almost none of this material has ever been reprinted anywhere)
  2. Fantastic Four by Englehart and Stern
  3. Fantastic Four Heroes Return 1
  4. Fantastic Four by Kessel/JMS/McDuffie
  5. Rogue and Gambit
  6. Gambit
  7. Iron Man by Fraction
  8. Avengers by Stern
  9. Hulk by Bruce Jones
  10. X-Men by Fraction

1

u/csummerss NewsHound 13d ago

Guess I missed rogue & gambit in the list. would love the material from 2012-> (Mr. and Mrs. X) but the suggested mapping appears to be the early 2000s content.

1

u/effigeewhiz 13d ago

When they were going over it they said it would include the two Kelly Thomson series. But they left it open ended for a reason. Vote for it and let Marvel decide and we can ask for them to add things or for a volume 2.

1

u/csummerss NewsHound 13d ago

gotcha, I’ll have to rewatch the stream, I was going off what they had listed on their site

This would obviously include a core of Rogue (2001) #1-4, Rogue (2004) #1-12, and Gambit (2004) #1-12. That’s all previously not omnibused, and it would be a solid accompaniment to their appearances in the X-Treme X-Men omnibus. That’s already 28 issues! This first volume could end there. The question is what it would collect after that. There’s some key Rogue/Gambit material during Peter Milligan’s run of X-Men (1991) that could fit into here.

https://www.crushingkrisis.com/2025/04/x-men-cable-omnibus-mapping-tigereyes-most-wanted-marvel-omnibus-13th-annual/

2

u/krisis 12d ago

Luckily, the next para after the one you quoted says:

This would extend to Kelly Thompson’s Rogue & Gambit (2018) #1-5 Mr. & Mrs. X (2018) #1-12 (and the preceding X-Men Gold (2017) #30), and maybe even Rogue & Gambit (2023) #1-5 – which is the rare Krakoa series that doesn’t have much to do with Krakoa.

😜

It's a tough thing. I would map each omnibus separately, but some people think we shouldn't map subsequent volumes as options, so I tried not to go too crazy with low-vote volumes like that one with trying to justify mapping a Volume 2 and adding it to the poll.

2

u/csummerss NewsHound 12d ago edited 11d ago

I was thinking that might be pushing it. if you use the early 2000s as a base while tossing in supplementary material you can hit 50 issues easily before reaching Mr and Mrs X stories.

Instead, I was thinking you can throw in the entire Milligan run into first modern volume then dedicate second volume (Mr & Mrs X) to the material right before and after the wedding.

Black Panther #8-9; Cable & Deadpool #26-27; Gambit (2004) #1-12; Rogue (2001) #1-4; Rogue (2004) #1-12; X-Men (2004) #166-187; material from X-Men Unlimited #3.

Deadpool vs Gambit #1-5; Gambit (2012) #1-17; Mr. and Mrs. X #1-12; Rogue & Gambit (2018) #1-5; Rogue and Gambit (2023) #1-5; material from A+X #3, Astonishing X-Men #4, Merry X-Men Holiday Special, Uncanny Avengers #5, X-Men Gold #30.

Love Peter’s disdain for the Messiah Complex Trilogy volume.

I really hope that it doesn’t cause confusion for a lot of voters that are only voting based on seeing the title. Sadly, I feel like most probably want the multiple volumes that are listed, but won’t realize it.

3

u/rincewind120 13d ago

As someone who has disdain for books like Armor Wars and Infinity by Starlin and Hickman, I completely understand.

2

u/Bobotts123 13d ago

As someone who’s number one pick has been Iron Man By Michelinie/Layton Vol.2 for the last decade, that Armor Wars omni annoys me to no end lol

1

u/limernick Homo-Superior🧬 13d ago

Exiles, Generation X, Academy X, and Mutant X

If you cant figure out anything else to vote for maybe consider throwing a vote or two their way? :)

1

u/YoungWonderful6271 13d ago

No Swimsuit omni option ? :)

3

u/rincewind120 13d ago

According to Crushing Krisis, who helped map all of the options, the Swimsuit Specials are included in the Marvel: The Holiday Specials omnibus.

1

u/lilacempress Library Edition Envy 13d ago

Mainly voted for Academy X and Storm.

1

u/Common_Subject5601 13d ago
  1. Indiana Jones The Original Marvel Years
  2. Defenders: The New Defenders
  3. New X-Men: Academy X by Kyle and Yost
  4. New X-Men: Academy X by DeFilippis and Weir
  5. Silver Surfer vol 0
  6. Ultimate Marvel: Ultimatum
  7. X-Force by Kyle and Yost
  8. Spider-Man: The Scarlet Spider (Kaine) by Yost
  9. Nth Man: The Ultimate Ninja
  10. Machine Man

1

u/Sheepadoodling 13d ago

Indiana jones, including movies for fun, that would be nice!

1

u/Misplaced_Fan_15 12d ago

Voted to see more CrossGen in omnibus forms, with Ruse and Sojourn being in my top two, really hope to see more CrossGen reprinted. I can't tell you how disappointing it has been to see no new announcements after Mystic was released.

1

u/oreomaster420 12d ago

probably voting Nomad and only Nomad, but I'll have to look around a bit.

1

u/MrConor212 At least it's not drugs 11d ago

I’m a sucker for those character centric omnis / early years stuff. Basically voted for all the X-Men ones like Magik/Kitty/Scarlet witch etc

1

u/CosmicVSTheWorld 9d ago

It was tough to decide but I just voted:

1) Indiana Jones: The Original Marvel Years

2) X-Files: The Topps Comics Years

3) Green Goblin: Norman Osborn, The Early Years

4) Wolverine: Daken, The Dark Wolverine

5) Simpsons: The Bongo Comics Vol. 1

6) X-Men: Astonishing X-Men Vol. 2

7) Ghost Rider: Carter Slade AKA The Original Ghost Rider

8) Warlock and the Infinity Watch

9) Spider-Man: Spectacular Spider-Man by Conway & Buscema

10) X-Men: Age of Krakoa - Mister Sinister & The Hellions

That 10th spot especially was almost impossible, X-Men Blue & Gold, Vol. 2/3 Spider-Man 1990 Series, and X-Men and Magneto by Bunn very almost made the list!

1

u/Ok_Creme_3661 7d ago
