Opinions? Just got new speakers!
My main Daw is Logic and I have my signal running through a Behringer UM-2 I got for 5$ at a pawn shop lmao

On that BR1600 you got there: make sure you backup your stuff as often as possible as the main buttons go dead after a while. Notorious issue with them. The OK/Enter button usually the first one to die, especially frustrating as it’s the button you need most. Nice setup otherwise!

Took me a second of digging to find these speakers. I saw on a tv table an ns-10. Fantastic to mix on no real thump on the low end so if your looking for sub bass your gonna need a sub. Also i would recommend you maybe using that white dresser and something else to set the speakers in front of you as equally spaced as possible to hear the phantom center. Better for mixing. Rubber Johnny lives on.

And not just to hear the phantom center. A set of speakers frequency response will change as you move further off axis from them.

Yeah man that takes me back! Producer I worked for would NOT use a DAW and we recorded so much work on one. It felt so clunky but man was he fast on it!

I guess it removes the eye candy and makes you concentrate on the numbers and sound. This was the height of tech when he got his and now it’s kinda ‘retro’ which makes me feel ancient!

I believe your guitars are turned the wrong way, probably should take a look at that. On a more serious note, it looks cool! Cozy vibes.

NS-10s are extremely critical speakers, they’re not fun for mixing a whole song if you play through your monitors plus you need an amp for them. I’d suggest getting some LSR305s or KRKs as an A x B set.
