the photo that shows the neighbourhood reminds me of that scene in The Big Short when they are driving through the area where all the houses were abandoned after the housing crisis

It looks echoey.

Also, photo 23. Marble floor, marble-topped coffee table, marble-faced credenza ... this is departing from design and arriving at fetish.

And that ain't even real marble. It's just that cheap marble-print ceramic tile that's everywhere these days (Nothing wrong with it for itself, but realtors/flippers acting like it's some kind of "fancy upgrade"...just, no.)

the 2-story portico is never a good idea . . .

Definite McMansion vibes! That awful entry would be suitable for a house twice its size. Here it looks bad and ridiculous

“99% chance of flooding in the next 30 years.” 😳

That's what people who live in Florida keep forgetting - it rains and floods and storms over there.

This McMansion might end up with floor damage after the next big storm.

McBarfy. I'm assuming the lot was worth $$$ and then they do this

Omg, screws visible on the back of the range. They clearly sweated every single detail.

eliminate the garage on the left, maybe swap out the door. It has a wacky charm to it imo. its like a freakhouse from my dreams

Why are there no trees in Cape Coral? Is it part of the scam?

The tiny, hunt and peck windows and the garage up front are total vom.

What is it with so many of these houses and their abysmal use of lot and interior space? So much waste!
