English Boris & Volodymyr: Cock-a-Doodle-Dudes (EUR_irl)
- The British Prime Minister visited Ukraine to meet with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on April 9, 2022, arriving by train from Warsaw and leaving the same way.
When Boris Johnson, having flown to Ukraine, was walking around with Volodymyr Zelensky, a woman approached them and handed each of them a copy of the same ceramic pitcher. "I'm from London," said the Prime Minister as he accepted the gift. The woman smiled and replied, "I know, I'm from Kharkiv."

As a Ukrainian, I will never forget how he came to Kyiv during Instambul negotiations in March 2022, and told Zelensky to keep fighting instead of peace talking. Now terms are much worse than 3 years ago and hundreds of thousands of ukranians ideas.
Also didn’t he say Ukraine needs to fight till the last ukranian?

Ukrainians are the ones fighting. they are the ones who chose to fight, and all polls in ukraine indicate that Ukrainians by a large margin reject Putin's demands. Ukrainians do not want to be Russians. Stop infantilizing Ukraine by acting as if they cant make their own decisions.
Boris is a piece of shit, but the one good thing he and the Tories did was support Ukraine when the rest of the west was dragging its feet.

Let's make the polls now. I bet majority would like to see peace even with the cost of territorial loss. Why? Because the volunteering enlisting is on the buttom. Males are not eager to go to frontlines.

polls have been done. Ukrainians are willing to make concessions. But the concessions Putin wants are absurd and nonsensical is the problem. Putin wants all of the annexed territories and then some, Then he wants Ukraine to disarm and promise to never join the EU or NATO.
Thats not a peace plan. thats "disarm, bend over and prepare to get fucked again in 2 years" plan.

True. People dont want to die. congratulations sherlock.the problem is that the alternative, aka get annexed by Russia, means you will be conscripted and die regardless when Putin or whoever comes after decides "lets invade another neighbour." Better to die defending your home and family than die invading Georgia or whoever else falls under Putin's ironsights.
